Had two emergency crowns done same day with Dr. Ola and my experience couldn't have been better. The procedure was fast, smooth, and painless.The office is modern and clean. Staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I went to the dentist for a routine cleaning with no pain or issues with my teeth. During the visit, I was told I needed sealants on multiple teeth and a deep cleaning. I agreed to have the sealants done on the left side, thinking it was a simple procedure.However, after the anesthesia wore off, I’ve been in constant pain on the left side of my mouth. It’s unbelievable how a single visit to address nothing but routine care has turned into a nightmare requiring multiple follow-ups for issues I never had before.It feels like some dentists are more interested in creating problems than solving them. I’ve never had dental pain in my entire life, and now I’m left regretting trusting this practice. Absolutely unacceptable.

This dentist strives hard to exploit you. On my first visit, he said he would give me a discount if I did several treatments. However, the staff forgot that I had a discount after my treatments. They kept ditching my questions and even said they didn't know I had a discount. They are very disrespectful. This staff has several bad reviews. Take a good look before you make your decision. I regret that I failed to check the reviews before heading to this dentist.

Our family is new to this area, and we were looking for a dentist. Google search suggested Herndon Dental Arts, and the reviews were good. Today we had our annual check up and cleaning with Dr. Mo and his team, and we liked everything about our experience. Friendly and professional staff, modern and clean office. We got lucky that we came across this amazing practice. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mo and the dental assistants are very thoughtful. Yes, some clerical & more so insurance errors took place upon visiting the office, but I now understand I have a scheduling fee for each visit vs a zero dollar copay that my insurance seemingly presented to us upon visiting.I am appreciative to Dr. Mo and his staff for graciously helping to navigate all the misunderstandings in the end when they didn’t have to.With Gratitude, thank you.
