This is a very friendly office…The Dentist Dr Arias is bilingual (English, Spanish), she listens to what your concerns are, n makes a plan to start your treatment! During any type of treatment that you need to be numbed, when she starts the treatment she asks if you are ok n if you can feel anything? By far. I will never change to another office! Very satisfied! Great team!?

Wow, I don’t know where the 5 star reviews came from?! I wish I saw their yelp reviews instead of their google reviews before going to their office. The staff and the doctor are very unprofessional and rude. Not only did I have to wait ~40mins for them to verify my insurance that they should have done so before my appt, I was also treated with the worst attitude possible. I told them I didn’t want fluoride for my cleaning, and the assistant bluntly asked “why?” I was stunned and didn’t know what to say, because I didn’t know I’d need an explanation for a preference of mine… Then the doctor proceeded to do the cleaning, she was very rough and caused a lot of pain. I know my teeth have build up and are sensitive, but when I asked her to be a little more gentle, she said she is gentle and that it’s my problem for feeling the pain. For the entire duration of my appt, the dentist didn’t communicate much, but spoke Spanish to her assistant the entire time, leaving me confused and uninformed. When it’s time for the assistant to do the polishing and flossing, instead of gently wiggle the floss in between my teeth, she literally shoved the floss forcefully causing my gum to bleed. My mom’s appointment was after mine, when she was asked to fill out the long, tedious form, she didn’t understand a few things/ words due to English being her second language; the staff straightly ask my mom if she can even speak English and that why didn’t she bring her daughter (me) with her to fill out the forms. They then denied my mom service because she didn’t fill out the intake form. My mom’s been to many medical offices and filled out numerous paperwork; when she didn’t understand something, the office staff most often would reword it or explain it to her, helping her finish any Intake/paperwork. I’ve never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism, and I question the professionalism of the people/office. Check out the yelp reviews! Not these fake google reviews.

Doctor Henide Arias is very great, calm and professional. She knows what she’s doing that make you relax. All her staffs and associates are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The clinic is very clean and I feel so comfortable with Dra. Arias to take care of my teeth. Highly recommended??

Dr Henide is exceptionally talented. Her calmness makes us feel relax. You can feel her confidence in what she does. Her work place is clean. They asked me to wash my hands before seating for them to take my X-rays, and no dentist ever asked me this, and this is so nice because it does give me huge health higiene vibes. Loved it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Arias for over a decade now. I always feel quite happy with the service I receive. Dr. Henides is an excellent dentist and a caring person. The clinic is VERY clean, and this is something I appreciate very much. Staff is courteous and always helpful.
