On the recommendation of a fellow "nervous Nellie" at the dentist, I booked an appointment with Dr. Carroll. The whole experience was excellent. Completing my health forms online at home before my visit was easy and convenient. Dr. Carroll's kind and caring demeanor was greatly appreciated. It was calming to know that if I wanted to take a short break that all I had to do was raise my hand. I need some follow up work, which I anticipated, but I don't think I'll struggle to go back like I usually do. I felt like he listened to my concerns and respected my thoughts on how I wanted to proceed with treatment.

I've been a patient for quite a few years and have always been very satisfied and impressed by the thoughtfulness, professionalism and great attitude of every member of the practice. I recently experienced a minor dental "emergency" on a Friday and called the office at about 11am. They found a way to work me into an already full schedule and three hours later I was in a dental chair getting a needed repair. I really can't give enough praise to explain how highly I regard this dental practice. They're the best!!!

I was referred to this office by my wife before we had gotten married, From Cathy in the office to anyone of the hygienists even to Dr Heim and Carroll they all make me feel like a member of the family. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dentists and they have 100% changed my mindset of Dentists. Patient for life!!! Soon enough my son will have the please of going here too!!
