So I definitely wanted to leave a honest review after reading some of these other reviews. My experience was really great. I had to have a root canal and although the process took longer than what was expected I will say I never had a root canal so I don’t have anything to compare it to. So this process took a few weeks to complete. I have Medicaid which was accepted. The appointment process was a breeze. I was warmly greeted each time I came in by Paris, which helped ease my tension. The doctor was efficient although not very talkative ?. (But I didn’t mind it because I don’t do a lot of talking either) But he wasn’t cold. He always asked was I ok. The first time I came in it was straight to business, I had X-rays taken and was told I needed a root canal which I knew I needed something extensive done because my tooth was shot.(not literally) but because of the condition of my tooth and root I had to be sent home from the first visit with a prescription of antibiotics because of the infection and how painful it was even after the numbing. I came back after about a week to finish what was started and after the numbing there was no pain! So the process was successful. Over the next few weeks I had to get a temporary crown and get a mold made so that I could receive my permanent crown. Overall I would say this took about a month. The temporary didn’t bother me and the permanent was fitted to my liking. All of the staff was cool and a special thanks to Cedric for being personable, it made me a bit more relaxed. I definitely would recommend. Thank y’all for all you do!
The front desk ladies (specially the YOUNGER one) are SUPER DISRESPECTFUl! 1) After my first appointment, the front desk ladies took over 30 minutes to give me another date to come back, with the majority of my time just me waiting in front of them, just being IGNORED! They gave me the excuse, "We are busy today, and I'm just so tired." 2) The second appointment came in on the exact time and date, and the same front desk lady was like, Oh, sorry, your dental hygienist is not in today and was not able to reschedule. Takeaway: Be nice to your client and actually give them a heads up next time if their dental hygienist is not there the day they were booked. Overall, SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Will never come back!
Dr.Griffin is terrible, I had a root canal infection because of his work. He placed a too big crown. When I went back he said I didn’t need one and was mad that I came. He said “why didnt you just get it done where you came from.” He was wrong when he numbed my gums. 0/10
Have been here multiple times over the past 2 months and each has been a great experience. No complaints, no problems. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Griffin was professional, kind, and helpful. The building is clean and bright. Most importantly, the dental work has been done correctly each time.
I’m very disappointed in this place. I went to this place because I had cracked my tooth. My first visit was a cleaning during that time a root canal was recommended by the dentist. An appointment was set for that service. Then went to the appointment for the root canal the doctor started the procedure during that process the dentist(Jacob griffin says) I think it’s best to get a crown put on so you won’t have to worry about your smile shifting because of the space I ask what would the cost be for the crown he gave me the price while shaving my tooth down I went ahead and agreed he then place a pin or something in my gum and place a temporary cover over my tooth fitted me for the crown by using a mold gave me a prescription for pain medication and antibiotics and told me to give him two to four weeks to have the crown to come in. I paid full price for the service meaning there was nothing owed but services was not yet completed. He gave me the run around after the weeks had passed. I called about the crown they said it hasn’t come in yet basically passed the time frame giving so I kept calling every other week to check. They finally told me that the crown came in and to come and have it place I get in there to have it place and the crown didn’t fit ??♀️ they look at the plastic on the outside that was written an initial and my last name but then they say it’s the wrong person ???? I’m devastated at this point they resized me sent me home with some more pain meds and antibiotics being that they did all this drilling and numbing in my mouth again ??♀️ and gave me a time frame again and they gave me the run around once more but this time I never got the crown they stopped answering the phone I went up there they kept saying the dentist was busy with patients and he would call me that never happened so basically I was charge out of pocket a deductible that I paid for in cash and my insurance was charged. I don’t ever recommend this type of business practice now here I am with half done service and I can go and get an crown service on my insurance for five years for the same tooth and be covered I would have to pay out of pocket to have it done correctly which is not fair to me I made serval attempt with speaking with the dentist billing department and I have Been told by the receptionist that the lady who works that department makes her own schedule and it’s normally after office hours. The dentist have not tried to make it right here we are now a year later. Still no resolution. He could have made it right by giving me my crown he owes me. I’m looking into taking legal action to get this issue resolved
