I usually don’t like going to the dentist and Tong was amazing! Very friendly and good at her job! 10/10 recommend coming here to see her, won’t be going anywhere else! ?

As someone who is afraid of the dentist and typically avoids going, I am glad I booked and got an exam done. My hygienist Tong was friendly and knowledgeable to tell me what I could do to save my teeth, same as Dr. Osbeck. I look forward to continuing my visits with this clinic. The receptionists were also friendly and informative.

I have been delaying my dentist cleaning for a couple years. My gums have been bleeding for a very long time as well. Every time I flossed my teeth, my whole mouth would bleed, literally looked like someone punched me in the mouth. I went in to see Dr. Wang and hygienist Tong and turns out I had gingivitis and needed a deep cleaning. They both were very informative and so nice! They were able to squeeze me in that same day for a deep cleaning which was greatly appreciated since the next available time was 1-2 months out. After Tong did my deep cleaning, my gums were a little sore but the soreness went away the next day. I flossed and brushed my teeth, and wow, no bleeding!!! I am so grateful for both Dr. Wang and Tong!

I missed my appointment this morning after not getting the text confirmation I was told I would receive a few days before. An employee called me and came off HOSTILE AND RUDE. I will not be returning, and will be getting my son and I's dental work done anywhere else, because I don't trust them with my dental care after the phone call I had received this morning.

Talked to Karen on the phone in an attempt to make a dental cleaning appointment. She kept asking what clinic I wanted to make an appointment at; I obviously wanted to make an appointment at this clinic hence the phone call. I made no other indication that I was calling for other clinic locations. She was rude, condescending, and incompetent. She made no attempt to even make an appointment for me at this clinic.
