I've been working with Dr. Hoyme for years. She's excellent. Now nobody answers the phone. Any insight to what's going on? I don't want to have to get a new dentist, but it seems like I might have to?

I have experienced very poor customer service from this clinic. Twice I had requested a mouth guard to help my teeth at night from clenching. I have placed several calls this week to follow up. Monday I was told insurance denied the request. Insurance had no record of a request. I called back today and was told the clinic was closed but the receptionist said a request was placed this past Monday. Find a new clinic!!

I have been a patient here for 10 years. I have been calling for over a year,every couple weeks but they are unable to get me in. I'm not sure why they only schedule 2 months at a time, I used to make my appointments 6 months in advance. I didn't even want to give them 1 star, but that's the only way to write a comment. Very unsatisfied.

I called to reschedule an appointment today and I was told that they are full for the month of August and September. The lady I talked to also said I have to call September 1st to see if I can get a schedule for October. So, I tried to call again and talked to another Health Partners representative and she was able to see a bunch of schedules available for August and September at Coon Rapids. In fact she was able to put me in for August 29th. I felt like the first representative just wanted to dismiss me and wasn't willing to help at all. Anyways, I am on the process of trying to talk to a manager or supervisor to see where the disconnect is.

Worst dental clinic. They excepted my insurance, did X-rays and cleaning then called me a couple weeks after and said they cannot except the insurance because it was through the state. How is it possible they didn't tell me the day when I provided them my insurance card to scan it in the system. Another thing happened with them was I requested my X-rays to be transferred to another clinic by emailing them the authorization for release form filled out. Called them after 6 days- they told me they never received the form. I double checked the email was delivered they received it. By their fault I had to pay out of pocket for the X-rays at the new clinic. Rude customer service. They make you feel you did a mistake and that it was your ffault not theirs. Not professional. My advise don't go there.
