This clinic's tooth repair policy is to "let it wait" until it is beyond repair and can then only be extracted. "Right away" in their vernacular actually means "never". Don't trust them. Take notice of recent reviews vs. 5-star reviews from YEARS ago. One star is too many.

This clinic and system are very discriminative on your insurance. They will absolutely not accept anyone with any type of state coverage even if its through Health partners and even if you have employer dental coverage which would be primary over state. They will out right lie and say they don't participate with that company, In this case they do not and haven't taken Cigna dental and the front desk even went asked others who work there. Obviously Cigna I guess is making up their participating dental providers list just for giggles

Assistants and especially the receptionists are rude. Made me feel bad because I have Medical Assistance. Will be going to a different location because of this. Read the other negative reviews and reconsider making your appointment for the Blaine location, you really aren't wanted there anyways.

I’ve never been some where so rude. My daughter left this place crying. How could someone be so mean I’ve heard how rude this place was but I was willing to give it a chance since it’s close, but they proved everyone right. Why work with people if you’re gonna be so rude.

Leaving a review for my husband: My husband had two broken teeth. He was able to get an appointment fairly quickly however that is the only positive thing about his experience. The Doc gave an attitude when he discovered he had MA insurance. He said he'd be able to fix one tooth and extract the other. My husband agreed. But the doc complained to his staff when she suggested something else. He even said "No, we can't do that. He has THAT insurance." Implying since we have medical assistance and likely couldn't afford a different, uncovered procedure he was less than and should be treated as such. He continued to be rude and unwelcoming. Lastly he was scheduled for another appointment which he wasn't aware of. When he missed and called, the receptionist was rude and blamed him when it was a miscommunication. We will find another clinic.
