Always a great experience. Never wait more than 5minutes to be seen. I no longer live near there but still go because it’s the best office I have been to. I’ve been to others that have a room full of people waiting , WHY!! Don’t put up with that . Find a new dentist like this one.

I’ve been going to Hatch Family Dentistry for almost 25 years! A root canal today couldn’t have gone better. Everyone there is wonderful…professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I've been a patient at Hatch Family Dentistry since 2001 and have always been happy with the care and service. On Thursday, September 5th, 2024, I went in for my cleaning and X Rays. I was called back and saw the hygienist Sam. Sam did a fantastic job and I felt completely comfortable working with her. Sam took 6 X rays (2 each in on the right, on the left, and in the center. This process went very smoothly. I told Sam about my daily brushing routine (8 minutes per day. 3 minutes with electric toothbrush, 1 minute with regular toothbrush, 2 minutes with small toothbrush, 1 minute of flossing, and 1 minute of mouthwash.) and she said I had a very good routine, especially doing it at night after my eating for the day was done. She then did the normal scraping, polishing, and flossing, and then Dr. Konkle came in to see me. My exam mostly went well. Sam and Dr. Konkle talked about my X rays and told me that I was fine for the day but that they were keeping an eye on bone loss and tarter spots. Dr. Konkle explained to me that at some point in the future they need to be a deep cleaning on me. Dr. Konkle and Sam explained this all to me in a clear cut way that made me understand what might be going on without making a bigger deal out of it than it was. Sam then set up my next cleaning appointment for me. 2024 was my 24th year as a patient at Hatch Family Dentistry and this will continue to be where I get my main dental care until either it shuts down or I snuff it, whichever comes first. I have had the best experience in going to Hatch Family Dentistry. I originally came in with some serious and chronic dental concerns. The Hatch Family doctors were able to help pinpoint the issue, refer me to an Endodontist and then provided amazing follow-up care. They have provided professional care through the entire process and continue to do so, now that my major concern has been resolved.

I have been going here for 30+ years, they are truly some of the best. First, they are on time, they bill my insurance correctly and they are all genuinely nice people. Today I had a new RDH and she was awesome. Patient, thorough and like everyone here, a friendly smile and warmth. Thank you to everyone.

Originally I had an issue with one of my fillings, I came across Hatch family dentistry, they fit me in, and were extremely helpful. This was 5 years ago, since I have graduated college, moved cities, but continue to keep coming back because they are great at what they do.

Jessie did an awesome job with my dental hygiene. I would recommend her to my closest friends for teeth cleaning.
