FIRST TIME HERE: They were super thorough and transparent about the whole process through the billing and what exactly they were going to do on my mom. The employer there named Ashley even took some time with me to go over the billing and to explain certain things about what my mom needed to be done. Very grateful for her because I’m new to all of this stuff. But just the fact that she was patient with all my questions and was willing to explain was a HUGE blessing! Overall, had a blessed experience and grateful that this is my moms dentist :)

I dont recommend this place. My husband and i both came here and was not happy with the results. My husband has it worse. He came in for a examination. They said, he needed a root canal, we trust the professional and did the procedures they recommend based on this one tooth. Finally, he was able to go back after a month of reschedules because it was not healing and was infected. (This was the first sign) Finally, he went back to continue procedures to then be informed that that same tooth they did this work on was actually Decay and now he needed to pull it out! ( another 2k for the same tooth) All this was supposed to be avoided if the doc. Actually took his time and truly analyzed his ex rays and cared for his patients oral health. I feel they just Want to hit quotes mandates and truly don't care for the clients best interest. We are so Unhappy about how they handle the urgency of the situation the money they take with no care of the damage done. Now we have to start all over deal with the damage done and pay out of pocket for there poor judgment. Stop over booking and give your patient the designated time to get the work done correctly AND STOP trying to have every tooth be "root canal " Staff is ok. Place was also dirty.

It's fine. Kinda meh, but I got what I needed done, a deep cleaning which was the usual experience..the front desk people must be bored because they sure like talking about their customers... EHEMMM—Are my medical issues and prescriptions really any of your business? Talk about HIPPA Violations. At least the dentist got my plaque out so yippee.

I love it here! Customer service is amazing and I was in and out in less than an hour on my very first appointment and my dentist was very thorough w/ explaining everything to me.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. AT ALL PLEASE 3/21/2024. READ THE REVIEWS My Doctor's appointment was at 9 AM. I walked into the building. At 8:47. I was seen by the Doctor at 930 I was injected with numbness to pull my Teeth out and by 1041 I. Decided to walk out the building. Because I still wasn't seen. I was able to transfer all my medical records to a different Dentist, as I sat, they're waiting for their dentist to abstract 5 teeth DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. So un professional. Doctor walked into the room. Didn't even tell me his name. I had to ask for that and so I will definitely not be going back.

Worst dental experience of my life. I've been here a handful of times but whoever the new doctor this most recent visit was new to me. He made me wait 2.5 hours before getting called back. I wasn't numbed sufficiently, even though I mentioned this, he continued. Pulled the tooth as I screamed loud enough the office could hear. I can handle a tremendous amount of pain, this is up there as some of the worst. His words after were "just like having another baby." Then he walked away. I'll never go back there. I don't expect much from the dentists here but , I was just shocked, to say the least, at how bad he was. But he made sure he showed me pics of him taking his kids out.

I have been going to this place for half a year. The staff here is super pleasant and the dentist are very patient and explain everything. I have government assisted insurance and was fully covered for my new dentures that I'm getting. And they look absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs to get a full set. They took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and they were patient with my fittings.
