Happy Campers Pediatric Dentistry: Dr Robert D. Matthews

We had a wonderful experience!! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the office was clean and kid-friendly. Dr. Matthew’s and his staff were amazing! They all were so patient and caring with my child, explaining everything in a way that was fun and reassuring. My child left with a big smile, and we look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!!

I took my daughter to Happy Campers despite multiple bad experiences in the past, hoping things would improve. Previously, she woke up in the middle of a surgery, which was traumatizing, and she’s had nightmares ever since. Still, we decided to try one more procedure, but this experience was even worse. When she came out, she was visibly distressed and had blood everywhere. Shockingly, instead of comforting her, the staff told her to be quiet so as not to scare the other kids. This lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a pediatric setting. On top of this, they couldn’t even perform a basic extraction properly. Now, we’re forced to go to another dentist, “Shine,” to fix their mistakes, and it’s costing us more money. I would not recommend Happy Campers to anyone looking for competent, compassionate care for their child. This experience has been both heartbreaking and costly.

We have been to different dentists around the world during our time as a military family. I can confidently say, based on my personal experiences since childhood and the experiences with my kids, that this is the best dentist we have ever had. That includes everyone in the office. They are friendly and TRUSTWORTHY. That’s so important to me. They genuinely care about our family’s dental health and make the kids feel so comfortable. They are passionate about what they do and it shows. My daughter pointed out I have never left a dentist office in such a good mood, but they really do put me at ease. We moved and still drive hours to continue being seen here. We are so blessed to have Happy Campers and Dr Matthews.

We love Happy Camper’s dentistry! They have taken care of my daughter since age 4 , now she’s 14. Dr .Mathew and The whole staff are very friendly and understands kids development stages and adjust accordingly. They answer their phones when you call and talk to a live person!! ☺️

Dr. Mathew’s , Susie at the front desk, and the entire team at Happy Campers are exceptional! Their level of customer service is truly rare these days. The staff goes above and beyond to make children feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend them to anyone!
