My older son comes here for braces and has always had a good experience... I wish I could say the same for the dental side. I had to wait 45 minutes past my younger son's appointment until he was finally seen. Extremely inconvenient as I had other appointments today. Pointless to have an appointment if you will not be seen until almost an hour later

Everyone was very friendly and personable. They walked me through the entire process of getting braces. Office was very clean and made me feel very comfortable. Also gave me a very nice electronic toothbrush for signing up the same day. :)

The office was amazing the staff is so nice and answered all our questions. They made our daughter feel so comfortable in this new chapter for her.

I don’t know I’ve been coming here for 3 years . Lol but today the energy was off from the girl who took my pictures , to the lady in the office with the attitude. The Head Orthodontist doctor she was rude too. Lol I guess it’s slightly my fault for not coming in almost a year but customer service/ care should always be top priority. But the ladies in the receptionist area were nice and sweet. Also the girl who loves breakfast in the back part of the office that changed my bands was really sweet also.
