Normally I do not like going to the dentist, however I am amazed by my recent dental experience with my new dentist at the Hall Dental Studio. The entire office crew was friendly and welcoming so I felt comfortable immediately. I had 3 crowns and a cavity worked on that took significant time. Dr. Thompson is extremely skilled, therefore the work went smoothly. He was positive throughout the procedure and informed me of what each step involved causing me to completely trust him. The temporary crowns were so well done that they fit my bite perfectly. I am looking forward to my permanent crowns. The hardest part of going to the dentist went so well that I am excited to return and get my teeth cleaned next!

I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and the team at Hall Dental Studio! I typically have high anxiety about dental visits, but they made me feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Thompson takes a holistic approach, getting to know me as a person, not just a patient. He created a comprehensive care plan tailored to my needs and ensured I understood every step. Airis, the office manager, is an amazingly kind person and goes above and beyond to make each visit stress-free. Joanne, one of the dental assistants, is equally thoughtful and caring. Plus, the office dog, Gunner, is always a welcome sight! If you’re looking for a caring and comprehensive dental practice, this is the place to go!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist more than anything on this planet. I decided to give Hall dental studio a try. I dreaded my appointment to have a cavity filled for about a week and a half, but went in for the procedure. The office staff is amazing, the girls upfront are very welcoming and friendly… The assistants made sure that I had everything I needed to be comfortable… They were amazing as well !!! Now for the procedure… I have to say, that was the most painless injection I have ever had in my life, that was the part I was most afraid of. By the end of the appointment where they were filling my cavity, Dr. Thompson and I were humming in harmony to the song that was playing in the background. I’ve never actually had fun at a dental appointment so this was new to me. I have to say this is the best dentist office ever!

These guys are an example of great customer service and really take pride in their work. Truly they are the poster business for integrity. I had a bad experience before coming here from another dentist in Berry Hill that i feel taken advantage of by and they told me i needed work that i did not. Hall Dental not only explained what needed taken care of but also showed me in pictures what was happening and continued to make sure I understood the problem. I was given the cost and options on ways i could pay, everything was very transparent. I had a cap done and a filling that both turned out great. I also had a large space between two teeth that food had gotten caught in for years. I was given a few options and took the cost effective route by filling the gap with bonding, no more food in between my teeth. If your looking for a trustworthy Dental practice with people who truly care about their work and their clients this is the place.

I’ve been going to Dr. Thompson & Hall Dental Studio for a long time, and they continuously amaze me with their thoughtful care. The staff is so knowledgeable and attentive, and the office feels very warm and welcoming. I have noticed drastic improvements in my oral health thanks to their care and recommendations. I am always astounded by how much Dr. Thompson remembers about me and my family, emphasizing that he truly cares about each of his patients. I could not recommend Hall Dental enough!

Horrible experience. They waste your time trying to sell you services you don't need. My first visit, I was told I had a cavity that needed filling (I haven't had a cavity since grade school). Post procedure, Dr. Thompson informed me "it wasn't as bad as I thought" and he shouldn't have operated in the first place. Now three years later, the filling has fallen out from their shoddy work. Please do make the mistake I did and give them your business. There are much better clinics in town to support.
