I absolutely used to love this practice when Dr Connor was there now that the practice had changed hands, no one knows what end is up. When big business comes in and scoops up small practices , it never ends well for the patient. There have been so many changes there that I currently have no clue who my Dentist actually is. I was told today that my cleaning appointment that should’ve been rescheduled two months ago when my hygienist transferred is now canceled and I’m on a “waiting list”. My appointments for cleanings were scheduled out a year in advance so is Totally unacceptable. I am not happy that I am going to lose my second cleaning benefit of the year and there’s no reason for that except for gross mismanagement. By the way, Ashley was one of the best hygienist I’ve ever had and now that she is gone I guess it’s time to look for a new provider, One that I get to choose And a practice that prioritizes their patients.

Nov 27, 2024 · Kristin PiresEnjoyable dental experience. Dr Varma was knowledgeable and he was a genuinely likable doctor. His assistant Jeanne made me feel at ease and well cared for. The Office manager Vinessa was very kind, helpful and she answered all my questions. Overall a FANTASTIC visit!!
