Hands down, best experience ever! Dr. Cardenas and her staff is absolutely amazing! The entire team is very friendly, compassionate and kind! Dr. Cardenas was able to accommodate our special needs daughter and went over the procedure and explained everything very well. She communicated throughout the process and treated my daughter very gently and completely put her anxiety at ease! She was all smiles after her procedure and can’t wait to see Dr. Cardenas for her next visit. The location is convenient and the wait time was very short! The reception staff is very organized and structured too. Highly recommend her to everyone!! Five stars are not enough!!

I had an exceptional service from the beginning till the end of my office visit. I was in so much pain the night before & happened to stumble upon H smiles because of their wonderful reviews , so I left a message that I was having a toothache that gave me trouble all night & the response was so timely and quick & was booked in for the available appointment the same day. I then met Dr Cardenas who then examined & told me what the real issue was , honestly she explained everything in detail & made me understand why I had to have a root canal & how urgent it was. They then referred me to the Endodontics doctor & was booked in the very same day. All I want to say the team is amazing Dr Cardenas , Antoinette who does an exeptional job also the lady that did my x-rays have forgotten her name. I definitely recommend this place everything is explained to you before anything is done & they honestly provide an exceptional service I went back home a happy customer & slept like a baby ?….

I absolutely would recommend Dr. Cardenas. She was my favorite dentist but because of the receptionist I have moved on to another Dental office. I received call after call and text to confirm my appointment. After confirming my appointment I would get another call to reconfirm again. I can’t begin to explain how frustrating this is. I asked to speak with Dr. Cardenas about my experience and the receptionist told me that wasn’t possible. I asked to be called and was ignored. Again if it weren’t for the receptionist I would still be at the office as a customer. Her dental care was excellent. The day of my last cleaning appointment I arrived 35 minutes early and waited patiently. The time of the appointment passed and after an additional 5 minute wait left. I was never given any updates or if the Dr. was running a few minutes late but that never happened. Thank you for the past dental care Dr. Cardenas all the best to you. Adriana was the best thing that office had aside from you.

I was looking for a dentist that was closer to me, so I figured let me call H Smiles Dental Care to see what they have to offer. From the beginning started bad n very unprofessional. I called for an appointment for a new patient, the lady that answered, asked me for my information n insurance, which she told me that she has to verify my insurance n she will call me back. A day pass n no phone call. So I decided to call them to see what's going on. Another staff member answered me n told me, that the person that deals with the appointments gets on at 1 pm n she will call me back. 3 o'clock n no phone call. Call them back n they transferred me to the appointments person. Then she started telling me about my co pay. I told her if they can do the cleaning n xray together. N she told me that the doctor doesn't work like that. N my copay was 55.20. Which I never had to pay with my insurance. They were charging me before they even see me, or tell me what's wrong with my teeth. This dentist is a crook if she works like that, trying to double dip just because ppl have insurance. That's very unprofessional in their part. N I'm gonna report them to my insurance so they can drop them for doing this. I would never go there n I'm putting this review so other ppl can see n may b they can b aware of this place.
