Dr.Laboda, Leslie, Joi and every other member of this orthodontic team are the absolute best. You aren’t kept waiting, and are seen thoroughly each visit. I can’t recommend GCO highly enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor service, rude and condescending technicians. The dentist acts as if she is doing you a favor to grace you with her time, when you see her. I was having trouble finding time for appointments, very hectic schedule. However, I was HOUNDED by the billing dept. for my money, even though I had not been receiving treatment. When I did try to return, to receive what I had paid for, I was told the time on my contract had expired? (NO TIME LIMIT WAS DISCUSSED WITH ME WHEN IT WAS TIME TO SIGN THE CONTRACT). Now I have to start over. So, I paid over 6K$ but, now I am to start over? Paying AGAIN for services I paid for once already. The billing department (JI) hounded me via phone and email and told me, don't worry, you will never pay another dime, when she was collecting money from me. Now that very same person (JI) is telling me I am to start over. Be warned! This is not the family, neighborhood practice it purports to be. This is a cash grabbing, faceless machine. That will use every loophole and all of the fine print to bilk you out of every dime possible. I am adding a screenshot of an email from the billing department, telling me I will never pay another dime, when they wanted my money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This office made time to meet my urgent need. They were professional, efficient, cost effective, not to mention the staff were all very nice and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate reaching out to them again to meet my needs in the future.

During our visit here, the wire on my son's braces was poking inside his cheek. GCO was able to see him within a couple of hours and helped relieve my son's discomfort. The staff is very friendly, and the office is nice and clean. Thank you GCO!
