Gulf Coast Oral and Facial Surgery

My daughter had a tough time recovering from her recent wisdom tooth removal. When questions or concerns would pop up , the practice responded within the hour during regular office hours and Dr. Zakkak spoke with me immediately when I called on Saturday morning (office was closed). He then reached out to check on her on Sunday. Monday morning, he scheduled her to be seen that afternoon (a quick check for our peace of mind). Wow!!! If you've worked in healthcare, you know how unusual it is for a doctor to answer his own call and reach out to a patient directly. IT NEVER HAPPENS. My daughter is now almost completely recovered and I'm beyond impressed with this physician and staff and their commitment to patient care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They took very good care of me! Every person I encountered from the front desk to the doctor and nurses were exceptional!!! Highly recommend!

Doctor Z is awesome. His surgery scheduler was rude. 2/8/24 I called in to reschedule my son for wisdom teeth extraction. We had to cancel in February because the morning of his appointment he had a fever. She was so rude about the 150 prepay to reschedule. Definitely not the money but the attitude was uncalled for. She talked to me like it was my fault he had a fever and we had to reschedule. Attempt to speak with the manager before posting this review was unsuccessful. It’s sad because doctors work hard to build a practice for staff to come in and not represent them well to the public. We will go elsewhere.

Everyone there from doctor to front office staff made me feel comfortable with this office and happy that they will be the ones to take care of me with extractions and denture fitting. Was referred there by another patient who really liked them and spoke highly of them

Doctor Zakkat and his team are true professionals at what they practice. Very easy and painless procedure. Follow-up visit and results turned out to be easy.
