I brought my 17 year old in, and had my 2 and 4 year old with me who was sleeping in the car. I politely asked if I could sign my 17 year old in and sit with my two younger ones in the car because of the construction and long walk into the office with sleeping babies and I’ll come in if need be when needed. Nope, doctors discretion, I had to bring both sleeping children in carrying them for that long walk, up the steps, through the construction. They have zero regards for family safety and sleeping children. Worst part about it, they didn’t need me for anything, didn’t get any information from me, nothing in the beginning or end. Literally nothing. Whatever doctor made that decision gets two thumbs down.
From entering to leaving everyone was super nice and did there job professionally and didn't have me waiting long at all. My dental hygienist was so kind and did a great job...also the person who took my x-rays! All in all 5 stars. This is a great place for kids also! Everyone works together and is professional.
Seemed amazing for my daughter but then when I was supposed to have my appointment today I was cancelled last minute (just a cleaning). I understand even doctors get sick but then just because I couldn’t do 9am on Wednesday because I couldn’t find childcare I have to wait until FEBRUARY?! How is that fair?! I’m super disappointed and will be finding another dentist for my family and I.
Great and friendly staff. They were able to work me in the next morning due to a cancellation only downside was they could not provide the level of cleaning I needed so no harm done. Very kid friendly and at first I thought I was at the wrong place! Kind of wish I was a kid again. Dentist were monsters when I was growing up haha
This place is a scam and incredibly unprofessional. For one, my husband took my daughter to her appointments(I have a fear of dentists from my childhood) and I was in tears every time she came home. She complained of one specific tooth pain so I knew she needed some work but she came home with a mouth full of metal and one tooth pulled. My son, also came home with multiple caps. I figured, wow, maybe they needed all that work but something inside my gut was telling me otherwise. I finally scheduled myself an appointment and the day came, when I informed them of my anxiety about dentists and asked if we could go slow and they told me they refused to work on me and to go somewhere else. I also needed to reschedule once due to illness and they then called me and informed me out of blue that they are dismissing our entire family because of 3 CANCELLED appointments. We had no no call, no shows. I called and cancelled 3 times during Covid when my children were sick and we got booted. Anyways, the dentist even told me I had multiple cavities and I needed caps too before I left. I go to a different dentist who was extremely kind and understanding of my fear and he told me I only had 2 baby cavities and I needed work on my one cap from childhood. I absolutely did not need those caps and I’m convinced now, neither did my children. My daughters friends go to this office and they ALSO have a mouth full of metal and get more and more caps every time they leave. It’s ridiculous!! These people are crooks. Save your self and your children the awful experience of coming here.. and your TEETH! They are the worst!
