The lady that checked me in and out this past Saturday shouldn’t be allowed to deal with patients. She doesn’t know how to be personable, doesn’t smile, almost coming across as rude. Overall service and quality also has declined. The “deep cleaning” that they do now is how my regular cleaning went for the earlier years that i have been going there Nd Caroline was my hygienist. It actually even felt that she did a better job with her “regular cleaning” than the deep cleaning that i have received lately. And then they charge you even more for it.

Appointment was for a cleaning. Leann does an excellent job. She cleans your teeth thoroughly but is also very gentle. She is professional and personable as well. Dentist also is very precise and comprehensive. Very happy with the recent changes in the practice

My daughter had an emergency and we had to find a dentist that would get her in right away. This was our first visit to this office and everyone was exceptional! The dental hygienist/secretary, the manager and Dr W.! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable!! Best experience!! Thank You!!!

I am VERY anxious at the dentist and I needed to have a tooth pulled (so, scary!). The staff at Groton Dental were kind and gentle, explaining everything as we went. Dr. Mir was excellent!

A thourough inspection of EVERYTHING dental, including gums etc was done today by my Dentist Dr. Iype. This was done along with an OUTSTANDING cleaning. Leeann was extraordinary as my hygienist. A natural humorist , good person and gifted pain free professional. My BiAnnual preventative maintenance Today was actually beyond measure- the easiest and BEST ever‼️

I could rate this a 5 if they ran on time. I am a very punctual person and respect the time of those I have an appointment with (and for those that come after me). I set 8am appts so I can be first and seen on time but that never seems to happen. Today I was 8am, arrived at 7:50am, first appointment and not seen until 8:10am. For one mouthguard fitting, they were 40 minutes late. I respect their time; I would like if they respected ours in turn. However, I have always had a good experience with the dentists themselves. I miss the hygienist Carolyn (retired) and have not yet had one I like as much.

Been going here for about 4 years since I started working in the area. At one point, one hygienist told me I had signs of gingivitis, but the doctor came after and said I didn’t (spoiler: I did not have gingivitis). The hygienist also recommended that I buy a certain electric toothbrush brand that she got a commission for. Needless to say, she doesn’t work there anymore lol, but I do actually still use the electric toothbrush and my teeth do look better. So I guess pros and cons? Either way, I moved a town over but still go here just because I like them so much.
