Grinz Orthodontics - Scottsdale

They royally screwed me over and all they could say for themselves was "I do apologize about that". They took absolutely no responsibility. I live out of state and spent $500 to fly here for an appointment. The only reason I was going to this location in the first place is because I'd originally gotten my invisalign through Smile Doctors in Texas, and when I had to move to another state, that orthodontist "transferred" me to the Scottsdale location. Due to pregnancy and other health issues, I had to push my first appointment with Grinz out til October. Well I showed up to the appt and they tell me "uhhh we're not partnered with Smile Doctors anymore". Ok soooo why did you NEVER inform me of this? Yall have notes on my account, you've had MONTHS to communicate this crucial piece of information, and you sure as heck have been taking my payments (I have called in several times over the months to check my balance and switch payment methods).....you guys conveniently never mentioned during any of those phone calls that you're not with Smile Doctors anymore. They did not offer any solutions when I found out about this, other than "I do apologize that this communication fell through the cracks" and "call your old orthodontist and talk to them about your remaining balance". I am beyond frustrated with the situation. They even seemed to be trying to pass the blame onto me to try and cover themselves. Yeah no sorry guys, yall screwed up.

I go to the Scottsdale location. I love it, love the people it’s always good energy when you go in. He’s only in the office a few times a month, because he has multiple locations. Which isn’t good if you have “emergency’s” or you work a lot.

Facility is extremely clean. Doctors very personable has a great attitude. Staff is excellent.
