I had the pleasure of seeing Sam for my recent dental cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Sam is a fantastic hygienist—professional, thorough, and gentle. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything clearly. My teeth feel amazing, and I left the office with a smile. Highly recommend Sam if you’re looking for top-notch care!

One of my wife’s wisdom teeth got infected and needs to be removed and I called on a Saturday morning and got in for an appointment within the hour. when I was there for my appointment I barely had to wait in the waiting room got X-rays done right away and within 10 minutes the doctor was in the room giving me freezing. Every staff member was so polite and friendly. Highly recommend !!!!

I had an excellent experience at Greenwoods. From the moment I arrived, I felt very well taken care of. Sam, the hygienist, was incredibly kind and sensitive with my teeth, making sure the whole process was as comfortable as possible. Additionally, Dr. Jessi was just as great, explaining each step and making me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and caring team. I had an unpleasant experience with one of the female receptionists at this clinic. She was quite rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, she argued and interrupted frequently. As a place that deals with patients, it is essential for staff to be respectful, patient, and attentive. This behavior creates a negative impression and undermines the otherwise professional environment of the clinic. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the overall patient experience. I am not able to reply to their answer.. Thank you for responding to my review. However, I would like to clarify the situation further. The patient did not understand the information you provided, which is why I stepped in to ask questions on her behalf. If she had fully understood, there would have been no need for me to intervene. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concerns or listening to my specific questions, the receptionist kept interrupting and repeating, "We already explained it to her; if she doesn’t understand, what can we do?" This response was neither helpful nor professional. As a clinic, it’s important to prioritize patient communication and ensure clarity, especially if someone is struggling to understand. I hope this feedback helps improve your approach to handling such situations in the future.
