After my appointment here, my other dentist had his jaw to the floor with how bad they messed up my mouth. Came here a year ago as my wisdom teeth were all impacted. I explained while in tears, that I have a lot of dental anxiety and panic attacks are a norm for me if they aren’t so understanding and accommodating. I have never heard of anyone having all 4 wisdom teeth extracted with nothing more than local numbing. I had 2 panic attacks while he pulled at one of the wisdom teeth for over 40 minutes. He also made unnecessary cuts to try free the tooth. I cried the whole time and was quite frankly traumatized, he gave up after an hour total due to the fact he couldn’t even get one of the teeth out. He sewed up the mess he made and told me a dental surgeon would be calling me soon. After a week of no call, I called the office myself. Turned out the surgeon he referred me to was on vacation for ANOTHER week. I told them I was in so much pain and my face was incredibly swollen on the side he was cutting up. They had me see a different surgeon the next morning. He couldn’t believe how infected and poorly the procedure was done. He had me immediately start extremely strong antibiotics and had me booked as an emergent appointment first this the next day. They put me fully under and I don’t remember a thing. My total healing process took nearly 3-4 weeks to fully recover and the infection was quite terrible. I tried emailing and calling this office to talk to a manager and make sure they never did it to another patient. They ignored all my emails and my last review. I will tell anyone who will listen not to go here!
