This was one of the better experiences at my appointment. No delay, I went right in to see the Hygienist. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail regarding procedures that she was doing. The only thing that I could think of different was the staff did not clean my denture as usual. Front desk was very friendly. Good visit.

She walked me through the process with such patience. When I arrived, the dental hygienist greeted me warmly, explained the procedures, and took her time to be very present as she took the scan of my teeth. Then David came in. He was very knowledgeable, explained what was going to happen, and showed me some videos. He ensured that I made an informed decision by providing all the correct information. The doctor then came in, took the time to listen, evaluate, and showed genuine concern for my well-being rather than just making a dollar. The lady who checked me out was super kind as well. From the front office to the back office and everything in between, this was one of the most amazing customer service and care experiences I have received in the last 30 years. ---

Dr. Johnson and David were both compassionate and helpful in easing my anxiety and making the procedure painless for me. Dr. Johnson was efficient and continually asked how I was doing. I’ve been going to Greenbriar Dental for a very long time. Staff are thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Clarke and staff that I’ve met over the years are always gracious and caring. Questions about treatment and payments from the insurance company and myself are answered and resolved. Office is always clean and equipment up-to-date.

I have been receiving dental care from this facility for two years now. I like that they are friendly and professional. I don’t remember the guys name but always helps with set up been there a long time, he is very knowledgeable and hardworking. The dental hygienist who worked on me today taught me more today than I have known in 30 years about my teeth. I recommend this clinic for your adult teeth needs.
