Dec 03, 2024 · E BI had a Hygiene scaling and root planning with very detailed deep cleaning the ordinary way and with the laser. The office/financial assistant Suzanne, was personable and extremely knowledgeable on the financial aspects and she explained to me all the charges and my options before I proceeded any further., also she was very patient with me and answered all my questions. My dental hygienist Sharmane was super knowledgeable, very personable and took her time to always check in with me, she did a great job.

Cloe made sure to explain every part of the process to me so I understood what she was doing, while also showing a lot of care to ensure I was comfortable and not in pain. Since seeing her, my teeth and gums are in a much healthier place with no bleeding or signs of infection. Her tips and advice for taking care of my oral health in between visits, along with optimistic attitude and caring demeanor, made it much easier for me to maintain good hygiene practices on my own as well. Cloe is an excellent hygienist and I will certainly be seeing her again. Thank you so much Cloe!
