Green Hills Family Dentistry

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ledbetter’s for many years now and can’t imagine seeing any other dentist because she is so wonderful. She’s patient, never makes you feel rushed, genuinely listens to your concerns, and is incredibly gentle when working on your teeth. I’ve seen a few different hygienists throughout the years in their office but every single one of them has been amazing as well. They all are very good at what they do and manage to keep you comfortable throughout all of their work. My only complaint is that anytime I’ve ever tried to call the office, no one picks up and if you leave a message, no one returns your call. Disappointing because the rest of the staff in incredible.

I couldn't be more pleased with my first experience at Green Hill Family Dentistry! From reception to finish, everyone was welcoming and professional. I only wish I found them sooner!!! Yes, 5 stars we'll deserved.

Great experience from the reception desk, cleaning, to my exam with the dentist! I explained how nervous I was and the entire staff made sure to comfort me during the process. My hygienist was very gentle, and wonderful with explaining the procedure & checking in the entire time! Dr.Dublin immediately put me at ease and is a true professional. Having such a kind staff really helps with stressful situations like dental visits can be. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

This was my first visit to the offices of Green Hills Family Dentistry. I was greeted right away. The office was pleasant and clean. Everyone I met was kind and helpful. My visit was for a cleaning which was thorough and as pleasant as a cleaning can be. My questions were answered by the dentist, hygienist, and staff. I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

Dr. Ledbetter is amazing! I moved to Nashville last year and have had a difficult time in finding a reputable dentist. Dr. Ledbetter could tell I was anxious and really took the time to understand my history and provided a consultative approach, ensuring my procedure was painless and I was at ease throughout. I'm excited to have found her and to continue my care with her. She's extremely gentle and takes her time with each visit, which I appreciate.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here after switching from another dentist to get a composite veneer redone. Things were great at first, but when I had follow-up issues after my procedure, I wasn't listened to or believed. For one, the new retainer they made for me shifted my teeth into a position that messed up my bite (that I've had 5+ years of orthodontic work to get right) and they said there was "nothing they could do about it" and wouldn't give me a refund when I asked (I had to go back to my previous orthodontist to pay for another new retainer, and my bite still isn't the same as it used to be). Second, I wasn't happy with the shape and color of one of the veneers and they again told me there was nothing they could do about it and pretty much told me I was wrong to dislike it. I ended up seeing another dentist and they were able to fix it. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated and the money I've lost due to these issues.
