Greater Springfield Dentistry: Brett Durbin DDS

Dr. Durbin has taken care of my previously botched procedures from other dentists, and it has given me great relief! He has given me my smile and my laughter back, as well as helping to restore my self-confidence and self-esteem! Having a regular cleaning and not experiencing any sensitivity or tooth pain makes for a wonderful visit. It took a couple of visits for us to combat my issues, but I've never been more pleased and more happy to attend my dental appointments! The dental hygienists are very nice, gentle, and they have a way of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The front desk office staff are approachable and easy to talk with concerning anything...even just small talk. I've had both good and bad dentists, but Greater Springfield Dentistry actually lives up to their name! I would highly recommend them! They're Great!

This business has to be Springfields best kept secret in dentistry. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Upon my arrival, they checked me in, then whisked me away to have my cleaning done by Leslie who has caused me to realize no one has ever truly cleaned my teeth and gums! She set the bar! Thank you. Dr. Durbin was professional funny and so kind. It was nice to experience a top notch dental exam full of integrity, Dr. Durbin could have tried to sell me something like all the other dentist needing crowns or root canals but no he was honest and evaluated me based on my teeth not the bottom line! Definitely will be establishing myself here where they welcome a plethora of insurance and socioeconomic situations. Thank you and God Bless this business and the staff.

100% the best & kindest dental team I’ve ever had. They put effort into ensuring your comfort, walk you through your next steps and take time to educate you. (& Kindly!) I’m not sure I’ve ever had a dentist not be condescending and judgmental, and they were definitely NOT that. Going to the dentist is scary for a lot of people, including myself. But I feel worlds better knowing it’ll now be this level of care vs previous experiences elsewhere. Thank you!

Who stops mid-tooth restoration(s) for a patient giggle attack; Dr. Durbin and his team! They are saving my teeth and my SMILE, which I haven't had in years, and I couldn't be more grateful. I feel SO blessed that I called hundreds of dentists who all told no to eventually find them. My heart is so full. They're bringing back a part of me I thought I lost a long time ago and I'm forever grateful! Before (bottom, back, left of photo) and AFTER... I can't wait to see the final outcome ??❤️? The entire team here is amazing! I have fear/anxiety about dentists but every staff person was kind and friendly every step of the way. The front desk helped me get an earlier appt due to a cancellation. My hygienist Leslie listened to my concerns and put me at ease. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and checked on my comfort level frequently thru the visit. Dr. Durbin was very nice and easy to talk to. The office is lovely and clean. 10/10 thank you for such a wonderful experience!
