Hello. I recently moved to the area and I found them on Google. I came to them with many dental issues that were neglected on part! All my fault! From the first phone call to the fine people at the front desk I was never treated with that type of kindness! Within 2 weeks they were able with extensive cosmetic surgery able to restore my smile. I was amazed. I know they are going to fix the rest. I will always recommend them to anyone! I want to give a special shout out too Dr. Brewer, Katie, and Emily. They are truly the BEST! Again if you have an issue go there and they will take care of you!

You are going to think I’m nuts by saying this, but I swear this is 100% utter honesty. This dental clinic is by far the best I have ever been to. Not only was my dental hygienist, Claire absolutely adorable, and skilled as skilled gets, but Dr. Polman, DDS is probably one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. He gave it to me straight, which I highly appreciate, and he also was just amazing with his dental chair-side manner! He was also very encouraging too! Gotta love that! Even the receptionists were awesome! The office is very nice and clean too! Definitely earned those 5 stars ⭐️ today!

I came here for years in the past and because of a change in insurance, I had to leave for a while. I returned to my former employer and was so excited to be able to come back here because I always had such a great experience and today I left so frustrated and upset and I’m not sure if I’ll consider returning.I made an appointment for today on their website back in October. Usually I won’t use online scheduling but my work schedule makes it difficult for me to call during open hours. I usually can’t make early-morning weekday appointments for anything because I have an infant that needs cared for and the family members that typically help with her aren’t usually able to watch her on my days off - I have my days sorted because of their schedules. We all pulled a bunch of strings though because the only appt I could get anytime soon was for 8 AM today. It was very difficult to rearrange and in order to make it work I had to be up at 5:30 AM, wake my baby (who is currently sick, teething, and crabby without a LOT of rest), get us both fed and changed to drive30 minutes to my family’s home, and backtrack another 20 minutes to get to the dental office.I showed up to my appointment (early even, in case there was paperwork) and was told that there were issues with their website back in October and my appointment couldn’t be kept and the earliest it could be rescheduled to would JANUARY 9TH. The girl I spoke to was able to pull up my name and number and everything which is how she knew to tell me about the issue with the appointment, so I’m not sure why I never received a phone call from anybody. If they did try to call at any point, they never left a message. I can rarely answer my phone in the middle of a weekday and if it’s a number I don’t recognize I won’t pick up, but if they leave a voicemail, I always call back. I went through all of my voicemails and none of them were from Great Lakes. I never got an email or a text either. The fact that I went through all of this so early in the morning with a sick child that me and my family members had to pull teeth in order to arrange so I could keep the appointment is absurd to me. I didn’t say anything to the receptionist other than that I would think on it and maybe call back because I was so upset that I was on the verge of tears and if I would’ve said anything else I would’ve broken down… and for all I know, she might not have been the one responsible for getting ahold of me. But the fact that I still showed up so early and had to go through all of that to be told that I wouldn’t be able to be seen for another couple of months is crazy. I spent an hour and 40 minutes driving from place to place for nothing. I understand everyone is busy and they likely have a full schedule, but the fact that I wasn’t contacted about my canceled appointment and not a single person contacted me to tell me my appointment couldn’t be kept should’ve resulted in something being done as a means to take responsibility. At this point, I’m just happy that I don’t/can’t afford to use a daycare at the moment because if I would’ve had to pay for my child to attend daycare only to have to waste that money to go back and get her I would’ve been livid.I used to adore this place, everyone was always so kind and they were always so well put together and organized with everything, I can’t believe that this was my first day back in years and I got completely screwed out of my appointment. If anybody is reading this review, take my advice and don’t use any means of booking online.

Absolutely loved everything about my experience and I despise going to the dentist! I left with better looking teeth the same day! Waiting room is great and they have a coffee and water station! Everyone was super nice and everything was explained in detail 👌!
