Great Hill Dental - Boston

My recent visit to Great Hill Dental was for my fitting for a night guard and it could not have gone smoother. The fit was good and secure but needed some adjustments by Dr. Shapiro. He was friendly and helpful and got me in and out of the office in great time with a perfectly fitting night guard. Once again, the ease and comfort I feel when visiting a dentist’s office has never been better. Thank you to all the staff at Great Hill Dental! I’m so lucky to call you my Dental Office!

I’ve attempted to contact this dental practice multiple times within a two-hour period, and on each occasion, the call was answered only to be immediately disconnected. This reflects very poorly on their customer service, particularly for a practice that presents itself as prestigious. Based on this experience, I cannot in good faith recommend their services to others and will be sure to advise my relatives to seek care elsewhere as well.

In recent years I’ve had some anxiety related to dental cleanings and some oral sensitivity. My last two cleanings have been with Felicia and this is the first time I have not felt anxious going in for a cleaning in years. Felicia took the time to hear my concerns and help develop a plan and took notes during our first visit to reference at our next visit. Would absolutely recommend to anyone feeling anxious about going in for a cleaning. I also appreciate that she talks you through what she’s doing and helps educate regarding your oral health and care!

I am giving this dental office 5 star because I absolutely LOVE my dental hygienist, Felicia! She is so sweet and kind and does an amazing job taking care of my teeth! You can see she truly cares about patients oral health and this is so hard to find. She is thorough and skilled in her job and a true gem! Highly recommend her to everyone!

I had a great experience with Great Hill Dental - Tremont St. I have severe dental anxiety and had an emotional moment at my appointment. The dental hygienist - Harold- was so wonderful and kind. He brought a calming presence. Dr. Ambrose was really sweet and gentle. Everyone I met at the office was so nice and welcoming. Thank you!

I've been a patient of Great Hill Dental for more than 15 years. My dentist retired after the pandemic and now I have a new dentist. Dentist and staff are great!! They are courteous, accommodating and attentive to my needs. All my interactions have been wonderful!! After my service(s) at Great Hill, I am very confident and secured about my dental health!! I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bahadoran and Olivia. I started orthodontic treatment at another office but after moving to Longwood, I decided to transition my care to Dr. Bahadoran after a friend's recommendation. Dr. Bahadoran and her coordinator Olivia were reassuring and handled my transition so smoothly. Dr. Bahadoran was so meticulous with her care and ended up actually revising the positioning of all my brackets. She is a true perfectionist and I couldn't have asked for higher quality care. The results are amazing and I am grateful for all the exceptional care and services I received at the office from the amazing Olivia who graicously accomodated my hectic school schedule, sent me reminders, called me to remind me of appointments the day before, answered my million questions, to the orthodontist Dr. Bahadoran and her orthodontic assistants who put great care into achieving the results I wanted and asked for my input every step of the way. Thank you so much to entire team for my new smile!
