This is my third visit to Great Expressions. I recently started a crown procedure and will be returning in three weeks for the final step. So far, everything has been going smoothly. I've had a wonderful experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to commend Jasmine, the front desk coordinator. She's always professional and goes out of her way to assist me. I'll be sure to leave another review once my treatment is complete.

Spectacular! Went in to get some work done and get a cleaning, i had a few questions and they were super informative. The hygienist also did an excellent job on my cleaning, it didn’t hurt at all.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE. My husband and I made the mistake of selecting this practice for our dental care during open enrollment. Can I speak to the dental care we received? No, I cannot, because this office is so disorganized and incompetent that we have yet to be seen. My husband tried to make appointments for us and the receptionist made such a mess of things that he asked me to try. I made an online appointment in early May and was immediately called and told the online appointment wasn’t valid and that they didn’t have openings until late July and early August. After waiting 3 entire months for my appointment, they called the day before and cancelled saying they don’t have anyone who can clean teeth at the moment. Excuse me? A dentist’s office that’s unable to clean teeth? My husband’s appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later and surprise surprise, they just called and cancelled, claiming a corporate policy doesn’t allow the dentist to work on Thursdays. Again, excuse me? If this is the case, why do you schedule Thursday appointments and why do you only call to cancel them the day before? Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Who knows if the dental care is good because it’s actually impossible to be seen. This place is a nightmare. Please heed our warning and do not choose them as your dentist.

Zero would be too high for this place. My wife and I have been rescheduled multiple times. Today we scheduled online and got a call from them that we didnt actually have appointments. The woman was very rude. Dont waste your time. They didnt even have a hygienist the last time we tried to schedule which was in May. Buyer beware. Find someplace else. ***********************SO I got a response. I replied to them with the email they provided. See their auto-response below: Thank you for reaching out to Patient Services! Due to the abundance of requests we receive, response times may vary. Please see below for average response times. Generic Request: 1 – 3 days Complaints: 1 – 30 days Records Requests: 1 – 30 days Billing Complaints/Audits: 30 – 90 days Appointment Inquiries/requests: Your request will be forwarded to the office, and they will contact you. In order to expedite your appointment request, please contact the office.

Normally I don't do reviews, but this time it deserves it. It was my first time scheduling my appointment with this place, and the receptionist (I believe her name is TAISHA) was very rude & arrogant. I still scheduled and went to my appt. I was walking in to the office for my appt and she called and said “I was late and needed to reschedule” very aggressively. Mind you, I was running late by 3 min and the office was empty; there were no patients. They still had the nerve to cancel my appt. Please Have better receptionist or at least train them how to be a RECEPTIONIST. First time dealing with low quality service. ??? Don’t just work for the money, at least show a little that you like your job. I will not recommend this place, nor will I reschedule my appt (wanted me to call back mid august bc they are short in staff) You just lost a patient. DO NOT GO HERE

The crew was nice and friendly. The Doctor was professional, quick and explained to me based on my concern, the next step of treatment. Place was very clean!
