Great Expressions Dental Centers - Willoughby

Office was filthy, including pee on the floor of the bathroom where there was no toilet paper in the roll or place to leave your purse. The receptionist was talking loudly about how she was just super sick. Then I waited a full hour to be brought back. The floor of the room was covered in debris. It was as though this room had not been cleaned in 5 years. The dentist could not be bothered to talk to me about what was going on in my mouth. I had questions, but it was as though I was bothering him whenever I asked anything. There was zero attempt to be pleasant or friendly. I actually felt so uncomfortable that I left with a numb mouth and no work completed. 0/0 do not recommend.

As someone that doesn’t like being in the dental chair, EVERY time I am seen by Jules and Dr. Muthra has always exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism and warm welcome I receive is beyond what words could express. Ariel was a master at taking X-rays too. I didn’t even gag. I strongly recommend this office and team.

I've been going to this location since 2017. But stopped around covid and just started going back this year. Prior to this year, I'd probably give this place about a 2.5 rating. It seemed like a rotating door. I never saw the same dentist & I always felt rushed. But the current staff is awesome. I've had nothing but nice, positive experiences. Dr. Muthra is amazing. Probably the best dentist I've ever had. His assistant Nicole is great and the lady at the front desk Rae-Ann (not sure if that's how you spell it), has always been a delightful help. I really hope this staff stays. They're great!

I had a great experience today at Great Expectations. When I say Julian was so great giving me a deep clean of my teeth I don’t think I would want anyone else cleaning my teeth.

Absolutely loves my dentist and their crew. I'm finally getting my upper denture. Old dentist told me that they had to both be done at the same time. Here they told me we can do your upper and then at a later time can do my bottom one. So thankful that I came to Great Expressions Dental Center.
