Great Expressions Dental Centers - West Babylon

Awful experience. Just last week I was scheduled for a cleaning. I arrived on time for my appointment but wasn’t taken back for x-rays until 30 minutes after my arrival time. After the x-rays, they told me the doctor would be right in, I waited another 40 minutes. The doctor came in and evaluated my teeth and then told me to meet her up at the desk. I was confused and asked a couple people about getting my teeth cleaned because that’s what the appointment was for - I was then informed that the dental hygienist quit last week and that there was no one to do it. I don’t know why I wasn’t informed of that prior to my appointment or at the start of my appointment or anytime for that matter. Regardless, this was the second appointment I had in the last year and both were problematic.

My experience with Expression Dental. Center was great ?. Due to the caring dental assistance by the name of Vancea.Im one you must put to sleep to touch my mouth. But this young lady promis me I would not feel an pain. An if I did she would stop an num my gum.. Well let me tell you. She the only one that can touch my mouth. She was caring an did was she said no pain. It was a cleaning. But I haven been since Covic. So she really had to clean. So come to Expression Dental Center they care about there patients

Good Evening, I now have a wonderful dentist by my home where I started going for four months. And the workers are very pleasant and friendly most importantly professional. Today I had an appt to have my temporary crown replaced with my permanent crown it fit perfectly. Great Expression Dentist did a great job. I will recommend this location to others who need professional dental work done.

From the time you enter the office in the reception area I was made to feel welcome. The appointment time was very respected which means they respected my valuable time. The atmosphere is very professional and diverse which is comforting. The entire dental staff demonstrated concern and patient care, explaining everything that was done including my different type of pictures {when the X-ray didn’t give enough information they went high tech}. Then the doctor took her time to explain the concern and my treatment options giving careful consideration to my questions and explaining everything possible. I left the visit appreciating that we have the best plan of action.

Excellent staff. Excellent service. Friendly and Knowledgeable. Safe and welcoming environment. I would recommend this place to the world.
