I've been going here a long time. The friendliness of the front staff is sometimes wonderful and sometimes not so great depending on who is waiting on you. The same for the hygienists. The recent hygienist is friendly and she does a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. However, she's a little rough, gets water on my face and seems it like she's in a big hurry. My last visit she didn't ask if I wanted the fluoride treatment (I don't usually get it) but as she was putting it on, she told me all the benefits of it, like she was selling it. Then she had me sign a form showing $33. I ask what it was for and she said it was for irrigation but when I checked my receipt, it was for fluoride. Previously, I was made aware of all charges before I saw the hygienist. I prefer that way so I know what I'm paying before service is rendered.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. Despite going to the dentist regularly and always receiving positive feedback on our dental health, they insisted that my entire family needed deep cleanings, something that had never been recommended to us before. My wife even took the day off work for a regular cleaning, but they refused to do it, insisting she needed the deep cleaning instead. They also told both of us that we had cavities, despite not having had a cavity in over 20 years. When we asked to see them on the x-rays, they claimed the cavities didn’t show. On top of that, they only cleaned half of our teeth during the visit and required us to return for the other half, which felt unnecessary. When my wife refused the deep cleaning, they wouldn't provide the regular cleaning she had requested. To make matters worse, our final bill was extremely high due to procedures not covered by insurance — something we've never experienced with any other dental office.

Extremely greedy and unethical place. I went for a teeth cleaning covered by insurance. They tried to upsell me on several different things and then wouldn’t give me a teeth cleaning unless I opted for this much more expensive deep cleaning, which would have cost me money out of pocket and a lot more for my insurance. Second opinion Dentist said they would recommend it, but to not give me the regular cleaning that I came in for seemed like they just wanted to make money. Don’t go here. They won’t tell you this until after they’ve milked your insurance for the evaluation.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! It took several tries for them to finally put a crown on my implant. They sent me back to the oral surgeon stating that my bone possibly grew back which was why the crown wasn't fitting the base the dentist installed. The oral surgeon looked at the implant and base, and saw that nothing was wrong with the work they did, but the crown base that the dentist put in was not ceded. The oral surgeon ceded the base. I went back to the dentist a few times afterwards, but the crown still didn't fit because it was too big. They ordered another crown and pushed my gums down to install it, but when the doctor numbed my gums, I felt the needle hit my bone. I have been in severe pain since then, and my jaw has been swollen since then. After 4 days, my primary care doctor put me on antibiotics, and it has helped with the pain, and the swelling is finally going down. To top all this, the crown was put in backwards! I tried to go to another Great Expressions but the office in Fayetteville said that I would have to pay their dentist to fix the problem since I don't want to go back to the dentist that jacked my mouth up! Again, do not go to this dentist. They dont even try to fix their mistakes.
