"Dr. [John Symecko] is absolutely the best dentist I've ever had! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pain-free experience, thoroughly explaining every procedure and addressing any concerns I have. Friendly and helpful staff. Was able to see my dentist in a timely manner and he was able to go through the steps of my procedure is an understandable way. Made me feel at ease and best of all, no pain. Ten stars for that!

Awful experience. Booked an appointment online 2 months ago for my wife and myself. Received e-mail confirmations for both of us saying the appointments have been scheduled, NOT REQUESTED, SCHEDULED. Unfortunately, my dental insurance is through my union, so we drove down from Dutchess County for this as we don't have too many choices by us. When we got there, the person at the front desk, with 0 professionalism or people skills, said that you don't have an appointment. It's a mistake in the system. It happens all the time. You just put in a request for an appointment. No. I got a confirmation saying it was SCHEDULED for that date and time. And if it was just a request, why didn't anyone ever reach out to us? Why don't you fix this in your system so it doesn't keep happening? Why not even a simple apology, just it's your fault that our system is obviously not set up properly? Wasted our time and money. I work with the public, and this person needs some serious training in how to deal with customers. The only thing he could say is that you can wait another 2 months for another appointment. No thanks. I'll go somewhere else where they know what they're doing and how to treat their clients.

I’ve been there twice and I’m not gonna say I didn’t have a good experience but what I feel is when they make a mistake it’s hard for them to want to rectify it. I had a tooth extraction done. They left a piece of the roof inside my mouth after taking x-rays they told me that’s what had happened and, when I called to make an appointment to get the procedure done, they told me to give them a call after lunch now I’ve been a mechanic for 10 years and I know whenever I’ve messed up on a job we’re supposed to fix that right away

The entire staff, from the receptionists to the hygienist to Dr Symecko, are professional and courteous and friendly. They explain every procedure prior to doing it so I always understand the work they are doing. I hate going to the dentist and they do everything they can to make me feel at ease and less anxious. They always get a 10 out of 10 from me!!
