Jul 16, 2024 · Theresa HarrisPoor experience and a waste of time. My initial appointment was canceled 15 minutes before the start time. Staff said they checked my coverage on the phone, but once I was in and had started my appointment they informed me they had spoken to a company manager I wasn't eligible. I checked with my insurance provider and they said everything was in order and to try a different dentist office. The exam chairs are worn out. The only dentist there was talking about leaving the company.
