I had such a great experience at Dr. Thomas's office. She was warm, really listened to my worries about my sensitive teeth, and was very gentle! She was caring and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, from the cleaning to my fillings. Plus, the office manager Nancy was amazing at fitting me in last minute, which was a huge help. The whole visit felt welcoming and supportive.

I really wish this was not a negative review. ever since I switched my insurance, I really started to realize this was a business more than it is a medical practice. My appointment was flat out cancelled because they do not take my insurance anymore, without even giving me the option to pay. Very disheartening as I have been attending here for the past 7 years I would say... No longer a patient and I would advise you go elsewhere if you want your best interests to be taken as a priority and not your money.

Great Expressions is wonderful. The entire staff is very friendly and compassionate. They always make me feel comfortable, which is not easy after past dental experiences I’ve had. Their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend great expressions if you’re looking for a new dentist!

Terrible communication from this dental office. I've tried scheduling an appointment with them twice, as my health insurance portal shows this office is in-network so I chose them as my PCD. First time, I scheduled an appointment with them online through their website, and I chose a date and time that they said was available on their own website. They send me auto-generated text messages, asking me to confirm my visit days prior. The morning of the appointment, they call me to let me know this date and time is not available, which they then advised me to reschedule. Although this was frustrating as I have to rearrange my work schedule, I rescheduled anyways. I reschedule the date of this visit, which is about a month out from the original date. Same thing, I get auto-generated emails asking me to confirm my visit, and I even had to enter in some information days prior to the visit through a link sent to me by email. The rescheduled date was today. I just got a call from them twenty minutes ago (which is an hour before my appointment) that apparently they don't take my insurance all of a sudden. I was informed of this news through a voicemail (as I missed their call while getting ready to leave for the appointment lmao) and they just flat out cancelled my appointment without notifying me through any sort of text or email communication. I work a 9-to-5 and have had to move my work schedule around twice because of this office. Due to the nature of how rare dental offices have openings, it is unacceptable to tell me that your office does not accept my insurance the morning of. Why couldn't this information be told to me sooner? I don't generally pick up calls from random phone numbers, so was there no way a text or email could've been sent to me notifying me of this issue? This is ridiculous and I will not continue to book any appointments with this dental center further. Communication with them is like communicating with a rock, it doesn't happen.

i love Great Expressions. i actually had to go to a different dentist due to insurance reasons but then was able to return when i got new insurance. i had my cleaning today with Jen and she was lovely. certain teeth are more sensitive and was very careful. i really appreciate the staff there a lot!
