Great Expressions Dental Centers - Dublin

The office is a complete scam on numerous occasions now I have been demanded to pay 3 and 4 times more than my insurance states I need to pay. They will refuse service until your pay their prices. Once insurance is billed and it’s found you way over paid the office with fight you to be reimbursed and attempt to keep that money as a credit on your account for future visits even if you are not planning on returning. Do not go here do not trust the staff they are unprofessional.

Quite possibly the worst business we have ever dealt with. First they cancelled my wife’s appointment the day of and then when she got to her rescheduled appointment they were completely unprepared. She ended up waiting an hour to be seen. I then went there for my appointment and the door was locked with no one in the office. I waited outside the door for 15 minutes after my appointment time and still no one was there. I called and tried to see if anyone would answer and it went to voicemail but of course the voicemail box was full and I couldn’t even leave a message. Let me save you the time, DO NOT GO HERE.

STAY AWAY from this place. This place is a total ripoff. Unfortunately, this is the only orthodontist available in my dental network. It was easy to make appointment with them (Now I understand why. they probably don't have repeated customers) I was referred by my dentist to have further advice for my gum issue. First, when I checked in there, receptionists were not friendly at all and told me they couldn't locate my insurance record. I was like why didn't you tell me before my appointment. They finally spent 30mins to call up my insurance at my presence there and confirmed they are under my insurance network. Meanwhile, they asked if I had any x-ray record. Again, They could have reminded me to send them those record to speed up my consultation. So,I had to call my dentist to send over the records which took another 15mins. After 45mins, I finally got to see the orthodontist and was told all she could advise me is having a night mouth guard. Since it's about $$$, it takes them 5mins to get me a quote which is over $600 for the night mouth guard with my insurance co-pay. I have never ever had any experience and knowledge about night guard so I just trusted them and proceed my order with them. After I left the office and talked to my sister-in law, she told me that she just got one at $400 without any insurance covered. I was shocked and called them back immediately to cancel my order. The receptionist was annoyed with my request. The process was painful. When I looked back some bad reviews on google and saw the 'company response' with the bad reviews to write back for further detail. So I email them about my incident and hopefully they could help. NO response from them. I finally manage to find a number to their account department. It ended up taking me around 6months to get back my money. Unless, you wanna try out your luck, STAY Away from them.

Had an issue with my original appointment location, but after finally speaking to someone they were able to get me in the same day at a different location. Highly recommend Jasmine for a cleaning. She is amazing and gentle to your needs.

I can not recommend them enough. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They take the time to explain everything and do what they can to work with me.

My first experience was with the orthodontist. Dr.Choi is always so informative and kind even when full of patients. My experience was so pleasant, I left my other dentist and came here for my regular dental health. I met Dr. Z for an emergency visit due to tooth pain. He was straight to the point, very knowledgeable and his assistant that day was so kind and sweet. The work Dr. Z performed was very clean and of quality. Yasmin is also has such positive attitude. Only con would be the frequent shortage of staff.

I had a semiannual teeth cleaning which made all the stains disappear! Great Expressions is a very professional and friendly. Would advise anyone to become a patient there!
