Customer Reviews
Well, I will start by saying that I was there for three hours which I did not anticipate or like. I knew I would need a deep cleaning and the hygienist Sandra Ahmed was the one who helped me. I appreciate them for taking the time to do so on the spot as opposed to making me come back for a second appointment. She was very friendly and very helpful. However, when she was done assisting me and I had questions about my bill prior to paying , she had an attitude and rudely stated that she went over everything with me already which she had not done in its entirety. She seemed to be rushing to her next patient and either annoyed or upset that I would ask the question. I did not appreciate that from a customer service or professional standpoint and I shared that with the manager Toya, who was very receptive to that feedback. Everyone in the office is generally nice and helpful.
-Thank you Great Expressions entire team staff. Beautiful welcoming. Focus on if possible reduce waiting time. But I,understand how busy the office can get. ? Smile brighter
Despite everyone on the staff being really pleasant, I’ve been very disappointed by my experience with this office. I accidentally came in a day early for my appointment. But while I was there, I asked if there was any new patient paperwork I could fill out. The receptionist said she wasn’t able to pull up my paperwork until right before my appointment. I came in the next day for my 8 AM appointment on time. It took 20 minutes for me to be called up to then fill out six forms of paperwork. by the time I was finished and was called back for my cleaning appointment, it was 845. After x-rays and the hygienist checking my gums, it was 9 AM. Then the dentist came in, Dr. Williams, and she was lovely. After she reviewed my x-rays and talked about my treatment plan, the assistant came back and said that they would not be able to do my clean that day and as a new patient getting a same day cleaning was not guaranteed. That was the first time that was ever mentioned to me. If that is the policy, that should be mentioned upfront when you’re initially booking your appointment. By the time I got out of there and settled up I had been there for two hours with only x-rays having been completed. I’ve had to move around a lot in life and I’ve had a lot of dentist. But I have never experienced anything like this. I decided to then go to a different dentist. After multiple calls and voicemail messages and which I couldn’t find anyone who I could talk to about transferring my x-rays, I finally had to drive down to the office in person. The receptionist told me they did that they do not keep any of the files on hand at the office and that would require a ticket to be submitted tothe corporate office. It would take another week and a half for my x-rays to be sent to my new office. Again, I’ve been through this process unfortunately too many times and I’ve never experienced anything like this. it is hard to tell how much this is to corporate policies or the inefficiencies of how this particular office run.
I had to wait almost 45 mins, but I was patient. When I was finally called back, the Dr. did not speak so I spoke first. He did not respond. I was offended, but ignored it. He & the Dental Asst. exchanged a look and he left. The dental assistant said, “Let me hurry up, he’s rushing me.” And she continued whatever she was doing. He came back in and began injecting the local anesthetics and was VERY rough and basically hostile. I moaned expressing the pain I was experiencing and he went to the other side & was EVEN rougher than before. But THEN he began YELLING at me. 3 times he screamed at me to close my mouth while his hand was in my mouth and the needle stabbing me in my gums. I felt incredibly disrespected. And was going to leave. Instead I spoke to the lady that took my payment. I never felt heard in the office. I feel like they covered for his bad behavior and he never sincerely apologized. I went through with the procedure because I’ve been needing this done for several decades & it’s not easy getting time off as a teacher; and I needed to complete this before starting my Invisalign journey. I’ve NEVER had a problem at this location until NOW & I’ve been going here for almost 30 years. My problem was with this VERY rude Dr.
I don't even know where to begin with my experience!!! From my first visit, the entire staff has been absolutely amazing!!! They are so welcoming and warm and make you feel beyond comfortable. I was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, NOT anymore. This week alone have had teeth extracted and crown prep this morning, very little if any pain. Dr. Dancy is absolutely the BEST dentist!!!
Zaria did an amazing job on my teeth! It was the easiest care free cleaning I’ve ever gotten! She’s very gentle and super professional! My only complaint is no one answers the phone when you call…that’s very frustrating!!! If my service from Zaria wasn’t so great, I would be inclined to find another practice.
I’ve been going to this location for almost a year in my experience has been terrible on the orthodontist side . Front desk are always nice and informative. I switched from the Fayetteville location because it was far from where I lived, and the orthodontist doctor would always cancel appointments last minute. Since I met the new orthodontist at Cascade, we have had a weird relationship. she’s weird and awkwardly not social. Often times I would have to start conversations just to make myself feel comfortable in the office. I already don’t like the dentist and she has made it very uncomfortable. She never speaks and never explains what she’s doing Or the process of my teeth . I always have to ask what’s going on . Her behavior has brought me into defense mode because I am spending money and still not liking the results. She does not make me feel like this is a good investment and I feel like I have wasted all my money since switching to this location. When I switch to this , I was scheduled to get my braces off in July 2024 And now it will be March 2025 . Prior to me coming here she removed my top & bottom braces and reconstructed them to her liking and did not explain as to why Nor told me that it will prolong my process . My braces has been paid for since the first year they were on and I have had them for two years now. Her behavior makes me feel as though I am being taken advantage of when it comes to the extra months I’m being taxed . When I expressed my concerns to her, it’s always “well You can take them off. “ which is not a good answer. She lacks professionalism and can’t explain nothing . I’ve been trying to find great expressions, corporate office to report but it doesn’t seem as tho they have 1 .
The cleaning with my Hygenist Brandy was pleasant! Because she has years of experience and care about her client's oral health and longevity, she briefed me on; how important it is not to cut corners, the type of service she was providing that I needed, and what area that I needed to focus most on to maintain my beautiful teeth, and what to expect for my next visit. Thanks Brandy!
Doing my visit on 11/13/2024 Dr Kimberly Williams was excellent and very personable .Also Felecia her Asst and Cynthia Brown the Treatment Coordinator both took great care of me and made me feel at ease. Thank you. Sincerely Vanessa Davis.
