I love the people and the atmosphere! Gayle at the front desk is quick at replying and making things happen! Very professional and friendly! I love my hygienist, always happy bubbly and pleasant! Alba is my girl! She helped me through some tough times, very compassionate and caring assistant! Dr Cho is very professional, and a perfectionist which means I’m getting the best care always! Thank you all for keeping me smiling!!

I look forward to going to the dentist at Great Day Dental. Everyone there is welcoming and truly care not only about your oral health but with your life in general. They are professional and provide an eviroment that is great for everyone. I use to dread the dentist, but Great Day Dental changed all that and like I said, I look forward to my appointments.

Love it because of the location. I had chipped my front tooth, and Dr. Cho had it fixed and looking brand new in no time. They are also willing to work with you according to your insurance and benefits. Would recommend Great Day Dental to anybody.

The person who did my teeth did a good job. It felt like she was real thorough and good. I don't think it's cool that you to send me a bill two months later saying I owe more. If I were to charge my clients more than what they were told two months afterwards it would not go over very well. I don't think this is a good business practice. But I do understand it has to do with the insurance company, so it's not totally your fault. But I still think it's not good. That's my take.

Great Day Dental Staff are great! They always take care of any problems I may have, as soon as possible. I will say they take good care of my teeth. For that, I am thankful!

My tooth was chipped yesterday. I was offered an appointment first thing this morning. Not only did the dentist see me and explain exactly what she could do to help me she performed the procedure right away. I loved the many ways that the staff made sure I was comfortable— a blanket to keep me warm and headphones to play music so I wouldn’t need to hear the sounds of the equipment fixing my tooth. The staff answered all of my questions about the cost and my insurance coverage quickly and in a professional manner. I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Absolutely LOVE the entire team here ant Great Day Dental Monona. Each of them are so dedicated to the health and wellbeing of each of their patients/guests. I got an emergency filling today to repair a chipped tooth from over the weekend & the care I received was more than I could ever ask for. They truly go above and beyond! Dr.Cho is phenomenal; very sweet, kind, and informative during your entire visit. She is so accommodating and got me in/out so fast! I forgot to give her a hug after our service; she is just so lovely and I’m so grateful for her help today! I get my teeth cleaning appointments done with Keely; she is so efficient and attentive while keeping a gentle touch throughout the entire service which makes the experience that much better. Absolutely see her! I feel really safe and at home with everyone here & highly recommend this team for anyone looking for all types of dental care!
