The care & concern & patience & expertise of Dr O and her staff was superb. Olivia & Anthony are a great support to Dr O. They work good together. Also Ashley at the front desk is very helpful and responsive. I told Olivia at my first visit that this office has a good vibe and she said everyone says that. It is the best experience I have had at a dental clinic. Highly recommend them, consistently pleasant experience.

My experience from start to finish was terrible. I was clear with the front office about my insurance and verified that the dentist was in-network, only to find out months later that they weren’t. While not the end of the world, it was a frustrating and avoidable inconvenience. At my first scheduled visit, which was supposed to be a cleaning, I waited an hour before being told they couldn't clean my teeth that day. The x-ray technician was so rough that my mouth was left sore and even torn. When I returned a few days later, the hygienist had me hold utensils during the entire appointment, which only lasted about 10 minutes—a rushed and careless job. She also spent the whole time complimenting the work I had done previously, which should’ve been a red flag. When the dentist finally saw me, her bedside manner was awful. She said I needed fillings for damage caused by grinding, and I assumed this would be done immediately. Instead, they booked two separate appointments for the same day, meaning I had to leave and return later. The filling process was a nightmare. The numbing procedure was the most painful I’ve ever had, and I left with cuts all over my mouth that took days to heal. Worse, she misaligned my teeth after the fillings, throwing off my bite and leaving me in significant pain over the weekend. Two weeks later, I had to see an endodontist, who said I didn’t originally need a root canal, but the dentist had been so rough that my nerve was still irritated. To avoid further complications, I ended up needing the root canal after all. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this office. Both my husband and I have left the practice and found another dentist.

Absolutely a great first experience! Sr. O is thorough and just delightful. She makes going to the dentist fun. Anthony was my lab tech, Gina the hygienist is friendly and kind, and Ashley at the front desk makes you feel warm and welcome. I look forward to establishing a long and happy partnership with Grant Park Dental Group!

The dental assistants are great! They have amazing customer service and do a great job cleaning the teeth. But the dentist is very rude, she is not friendly at all and needs to work on her customer service skills.

This was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The staff was friendly and informative- they answered every question I had and explained what they were doing as they worked. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and positive. Can’t give them enough praise!

Assistants were great. Very pleasant. However the dentist 🦷 has no bedside manner (so to speak). I know this is a business but act like you appreciate your patients patronage. She was cold as ice 🧊 Like the receptionist that should have made me cancel out the gate. Don’t know where all the great reviews came from. Maybe another if there facilities.

10/10 highly recommended. I was referred here by a friend and the service was incredible from the moment I booked the appointment. I was kept up to date with reminders for the appointment. Once there everything pertaining to my X-rays and treatment plan was broken down and explained thoroughly. Just overall treat service.

Shockingly poor experience, especially in light of all the positive reviews. So hopefully, this is a one-off mishap. Went in for a first-time checkup. I was told I had a cavity and two fillings that needed to be redone. I also asked for a cleaning when I came to do the fillings and they assured me they'll put it on the schedule. No problems there. When I came back to get the fillings though, the experience was very much like a circus. The dental assistant who prepped me couldn't definitively tell me what I was scheduled for that day. I said "Three fillings and a cleaning right?" But she seemed confused and needed to grab someone else. They said "You have two fillings today." I said "I'm fairly certain it's three, can you check" and they eventually give me an unconvincing "oh, yes, three. But no cleaning" I asked if they could put me in for a cleaning that day and they said yes. Okay. A clunky start but I'll give the benefit of the doubt. The dentist herself was kind, straightforward, and professional. It's very unnerving however, to be in the middle of a procedure and the dental assistant is absent-mindedly practicing his three-pointer form and talking gossip in between handing the dentist appliances. He was about my age, mid-20's, so I get what it's like having fun at work. But don't do that while there's a drill in my mouth, ya know? After the procedure, I asked if they were ready for the cleaning, and they ended up never scheduling me for one, and told me I wouldn't be able to get one that day. Extremely frustrating.
