I was referred by my dentist for a root canal. The staff is very nice and the office is very clean. The procedure was done with the latest technology, which was impressive. When any pain was felt, it was quickly abated. My only issue was that there was a cleaning tooth chemical that tasted citrus and burned they used that made my throat sore for a few days that should have been prevented or suctioned better. My root canal pain after was gone very quickly after the procedure, so I would return here again.

Dr. Jack Yu was very fast and efficient. His team was earnest and prompt which is always appreciated. The procedure was over and completed quickly with ease. Very much appreciated the experience. Thank you.

Grandview Endodontics I had the worst dental experience I have ever had in my 53 years of life! First let me say Dr. Yu did a good job on my root canal. The woman at the front desk and the young lady that took my initial X-rays were very nice. However, the dental assistant was the WORST!!! She had only been there a week (I told her I could tell) and said she has to get used to working with a new dentist. She didn’t know how to work the camera. She didn’t know how to take the X-rays. I had to take the clamp and put it in my mouth myself because she couldn’t get it right. I was choking because she didn’t suction the saliva properly. I was not completely numb before he started and he had to give me shots in the tooth in the middle of the procedure. They both acted as if I should be okay with all of this chaos going on. Meanwhile, Dr. Yu is working on Myself and another patient at the same time. The whole time I’m thinking is this really happening?? I paid my bill before he started and I expected my experience to at least be professional. The facility was clean and I was seen right away but I am DREADING going back in 6 months for a check up. I hope I can find somewhere else... I’m happy to have had the work done but very disappointed in my experience.
