I called the office this morning and was given an urgent work in same day appointment. I was not prepared with my dental insurance information, and Della at the front desk went above and beyond with helping me. She was very patient with me, always courteous and possesses excellent customer service skills that unfortunately are a rarity these days. Dr Graf’s clinical asst is a gem, always sweet. Dr Graf himself examined me, reviewed my x-rays and came up with a game plan. My total time spent in the office was 50 minutes allowing me to return to work quickly. I never feel nervous about going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Graf and Dr. Wilson-Graf along with the their team make me feel comfortable. I always leave feeling better and more informed about my oral health and truly believe they sincerely care for my well being.

The whole staff is wonderful. I had a horrible toothache and Dr. Graf answered my email after hours and he got me in quickly. Very honest, direct and kind. You don’t get people like that anymore!
