Dr. Gordon is absolutely wonderful....but the receptionist (which is sometimes a face of a business) giggled when I stated my son's tooth hurt but just started...followed by a "How old is he? It is probably a baby tooth he can just wiggle it out"...followed by another laugh and an apology for doing so. It was definitely a younger sounding lady and not the lady who I normally book appointments with. Not to mention not even being booked last visit and waited almost 3 hours. I know people are short staffed but an update would be nice. My children are booked to go back to their previous dentistry and I am so thankful. We previously left due to moving but I will take that drive.

My son's appointment was at 9:30 gor here at 9:15 am didn't get in the back until 10:50 the nurse then spoke to my child about inappropriate things about school . Then she started setting up without using gloves while walking around touching other things . Then went to speak to another patient that was crying about being scared as if my time isn't valuable to me so basically been in here all morning and my son is just getting this teeth cleaned at 11:13 am from a 9:30 appointment smh and won't be leaving here until after 12 ??‍♀️

No sense of time or no value of other people's time. Our first visit here everything was fine and went fine. This time we sat for 30 minutes just to get told I'd have to wait for 10 more minutes. The reception couldn't even have a complete conversation with me about what was going on and kept telling me "one moment" just to tell me to wait more. Some people have jobs to get back to and an appointment not starting until over 30 minutes late is ridiculous and unprofessional. If you can't stay on track then don't schedule appointments so close together just to try to make more money. Edited to add the dentist did agree to make this right by coming in early one day to see us on any other day after I waited 40 minutes just to be told my kids shouldn't have even been scheduled yet because it was too soon for the insurance to cover the visit.
