A Dental Experience to Remember I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gold Coast smiles (Andrew Sammi) . I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They treat me like family ! Dr Sammi took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions patiently. His gentle touch and expertise made the entire experience comfortable and painless(laughing gas?) It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. The office itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It's a place where you can truly relax and feel at ease. I was so impressed with the level of care and attention I received that I've already recommended this place to all my friends

My wife called to make an appointment and to confirm our new insurance covered a typical cleaning and x-ray and the girl at the counter said they would get back to us which she never did. My wife went to the appointment and asked about the insurance and the receptionist said they'll call now and to just get the work done and they'll work it out with insurance. A week later we get a bill for a couple of hundred dollars which we're now fighting. Very sad considering she had been seeing this dentist since she was younger. Apparently, this is a common practice with dentists.

Always love my visits to Gold Coast Smiles. The entire staff is so friendly and comforting. I never feel like I’m at the dentist office. They take care of my entire family and we are all so happy with the treatment we receive when we are there.
