Came in to the Riverside location for a consultation the staff are friendly and fast. The facility was clean and welcoming. Nancy at front desk was very informative and oh so sweet. The technician Andrea was very thorough and detail. She explained everything she was doing. I normally hate coming to the dentist, I’ve never had a good experience but so far so good. Thanks to the Doc and his team ?

I went for a regular check up and cleaning. I have no dental issues any conditions. They took x-rays and the dentist checked my teeth and confirmed there are no issues. I wanted a regular cleaning, which they declined and recommended a deep-cleaning for $600+. I said I didnt need it at this time and walked out because they said everything else was covered by the insurance. I get an automated text message a week later with an invoice with no detail with amount of $700. I tried to call multiple different lines and no one answered and when they answered, they transfer me back and forth to a voice mail box. When I called to make an appointment, a person helped me out and answered a call right a way. When I called about an invoice, no one picked up after my first attempt and as soon as I mentioned 'invoice and billing issue' they transfered me and never took my call. Gold Coast dental is a big company and I wonder if this is how they do business. Dental services are vital for many and I am sure they aspire to provide good services. However, if this is the way how they do business when things need to be handled, they really need to look into it and investigate if this is their corporate-wide practices to ignore when things go wrong or Riverside branch staff issue. I hope they would look into this.

I took out a loan for veneers for my front teeth. I took out a loan from Sunbit however Goldcoast did not perform the procedure. I went to another dental office and had them done. I canceled the loan on 1/27/24 with Sunbit. Nancy was supposed to send the canceled request to Sunbit, as of today 10/8/24, this has not been done and has showed up on my credit report. Every time I call Nancy she keeps giving me the run around. At this point, I am seeking legal advice. They are refusing to return the funds to Sunbit and myself
