If I could give this place a negative score I would. 1st issue: I have Aflac accident insurance and i cracked a tooth, which is covered by Aflac. After receiving a crown, i requested my medical documents for the visit so I could claim it on Aflac. The office refused stating I needed to complete a medical request form and submit it with corporate. After several duplicate forms (3) over 6 months, I got no where! I had to sit in person over an hour and complain until finally they gave me a summary of that visit. 2nd issue: After having an appointment for 6 months, they send a text and email on a Sunday stating our appointment has been cancel for Monday (the following day). When we went to reschedule we couldn't get an appointment for 2 months! Why even have an appointment? 3rd issue: we had to schedule a special appointment for my toddler to get crown. Our appointment was for 830 and we arrived a few minutes early. Around 930 we got up and asked how much longer and for an update, this is when they finally brought us back to the room. During the hour wait there was no communication or any updates. Once we were in the room now my toddler is irritated from the wait and now he is hungry. It didn't help that he was now nervous from the kid before us coming out of the office crying, scaring him. Now once in the room the dentist assistant Erin (Aaron) was being Stearman and not friendly or patient with our toddler. We asked him to try a kinder approach and then Erin became unprofessional and irritated saying we didn't need to come into the room with an attitude and it isn't his fault they were behind schedule. This is when he raised his voice and began pointing his finger at us as he became more irritated. We then asked for manager and the manager just tried to sweep everything under the rug and she refused to give us the dentist assistants name for a few minutes. This is when they refused to treat our toddler and told us to go seek treatment somewhere else. And I'll remind you this was a referred child specific dentist office. These basic problems all started once the office was bought out by Gold Coast dental. If you're looking for a professional, on time and patient dentist office with transparency, this is not the place you're looking for. Go seek help elsewhere where because they treat you as a number and not a patient.

I am appalled at the horrible experience my daughter had at this location. She went to have her wisdom teeth removed. She felt them cut and start to remove at which she loudly yelled “Ow! Ow!”. Instead of stopping and evaluating her anesthesia, they continued and she continued to yell. Instead, they proceeded to scold her and tell her “stop! You’re scaring the kids!” Her yells were loud enough that the receptionist got up from her seat to close the door so that no one could hear her yell. Imagine the pain she must have felt- if you’ve ever experienced dental nerve pain, you know how intense it is. Shame on these providers for failing to properly care and protect their patient. All 5 of my family currently enrolled with Coast Dental will never step foot with them again .

I love this place!... update 2024 I have not gone back, they tried charging me over $300 for a procedure I didn't need. I went to get a second opinion and what they had told me was only half true. The other place charged me $120. Safe to say I won't be coming back :( they're customer service also use to be better but has gone downhill. I got scheduled for a Sunday morning one time and they weren't even open that day... yea idk what was going on there.

Dr. Amro, Emma, and the rest of the staff are wonderful, caring, and dedicated to their profession. They always make me feel like I'm their only patient for the day! I'm so happy I found them a couple of months ago. They did an excellent job on the many procedures I required as I had neglected professional dental care for quite some time. They are now my permanent dental team for me and my entire family.

Had appointment, they texted me if I had any questions and no matter what i said I just got the same message copy and pasted as a reply, as if dental work is already so pleasant... I don't need your sales team messaging me repetitive messages... thanks but if this is how you conduct business thru harrisment I can't believe your not bankrupt... just a warning... go elsewhere
