While there are some lovely employees, this dentistry is abhorrently mismanaged . Non-existent customer service, vague and shady billing, sloppy double booking and canceling of appointments. In the past would recommend this establishment. Sadly, I regret I ever sent business their way.

I met Ashley and Skylar, the new hygienist and assistant, and they were both so kind. Ashley, my hygienist was so gentle and gave me great validation and suggestions for the concerns I raised. I didn’t wait at all throughout my whole visit. It was also my first time meeting Dr Chuzhin and she was thorough. The office staff is always so warm and welcoming and I’ve had great experiences with this office for the last few years.

If I could have given this office less than a one star rating, I would. Also, please note that despite being nearly 50 years old and, like most people, having received terrible customer service at the hands of medical professionals in the past, I have never taken the time to write a review of ANY medical/dentist office ever; however, the level of disrespect, poor communication, and embarrassment that I suffered at this dental practice requires that I write this scathing review so that other people will not have to endure the experience that I had at Glenwood Dentistry. Here goes…one day prior to my daughter’s dental cleaning appointment, I received a text reminder for her 8 am appointment at Glenwood Dentistry. As reminded by the the appointment system, my daughter and I arrived at the dentist office 6 mins prior to her appointment (7:54 am), where I noticed that at least one customer was sitting quietly in the waiting area…presumably “checked-in” for her appointment. The front desk person asked for my daughter’s last name and told us to have a seat in the waiting area. A few moments later, the front desk person informed us that my daughter’s appointment wasn’t until 9 am. I double-checked the text message that I had received the day prior and informed the individual of the text message AND I showed her the text message from their appointment system. Despite me showing proof of their system reminder for our 8 am appointment, the individual responded that they had another patient scheduled for 8 am and that they would see my daughter at 8 am ONLY if this individual (who was not there prior to us/had not checked in yet) did not check-in for their appointment prior to 8:10 as per their late policy. I stated that this was unacceptable because we had arrived prior to this other 8am patient AND their system reminder proved that our appointment was also at 8 am so I could not understand why someone who arrived after us would be seen before us? In response, the staff member’s only suggestion was that we reschedule, which I also expressed was unacceptable, especially in light of the fact that the previous day I had taken my daughter to the orthodontist to have the wires removed from her braces in anticipation of today’s dental cleaning. In the midst of my discussion with this staff member, the Operations Manager, Britny Blackburn, inserted herself/took over the conversation that I was having with the staff member and repeated that she had checked their system and confirmed that my daughter was not scheduled for her cleaning until 9am. I showed her my text confirmation showing that our appointment was at 8am and she responded that she could either check my daughter in for the 9 am appointment or reschedule her. I replied that this was completely unacceptable as my daughter is a student and needs to report to school as early as possible after the appointment and that it would be a great inconvenience to reschedule her in light of the preparations taken at my daughter’s orthodontist the day prior. I asked if there was anything that they could do to accommodate us in light of THEIR scheduling error? Britny Blackburn began to raise her voice and repeat that she could either check my daughter in or not? She continued to berate me and talk to me in a completely unacceptable tone. At one point she was yelling so furiously she turned beet red and was visibly shaking! I am not sure who hired this woman but she is a terrible representative for this office and should not be allowed to interact with patients. I cancelled my daughter’s appointment and I will NEVER again return to this practice. Because of Ms. Blackburn this office lost the business of me and my family and I will continue to tell anyone who will listen about this office’s unprofessional Operations Manager ands faulty scheduling system.

Great staff, they're kind and patient. Treat them with the respect they deserve ?I called in knowing I needed my wisdom teeth taken out and they were able to book an initial appointment the same day AND hold a day just two weeks out for extraction. Dr. Curtis Holmes is the oral surgeon that completed the wisdom teeth removal - he did a wonderful job, had me under nitrous and out of the clinic in 30 minutes! On day 5 of recovery now and healing strong.

All customers should check what Glenwood Dentistry has billed their insurance for routine cleanings! I've been going here for years. In October 2023, they billed my insurance for xrays I never received, and now my insurance is denying my routine xrays. They admitted to billing incorrectly, but haven't resolved it over 10 months later. In person, terrible customer service from the front desk. I was told the routine xrays weren't covered (first time in years), so tried to look up my insurance coverage on my phone. The front desk woman said I had 2 minutes or else they'd cancel my appointment. I ended up not finding it in time, so had to pay out of pocket. She said she'd look into the erroneous billing, but I haven't heard anything 2 weeks later. What is with the high pressure sales tactics and insurance fraud? Dentists, hygienists, and xray techs are all awesome though.

I had a great experience with the staff for my appointment. But I called this morning to cancel a future appointment and get an emailed receipt. I spoke to someone and then 5 hours later get a call confirming my appointment. When I called back and asked why I got a conf email for an appointment I cancelled, they said I must have spoke with their call center they outsource to when it’s busy. My appointment hadn’t been cancelled and when I asked about an emailed receipt they said the call center hadn’t made a note of it. I’ve never been to a dentist that outsources calls and on top of that doesn’t cancel your appointment when asked.

Never again. The location was clean and close to home, so I thought, why not. I arrived only to find out my appointment had been rescheduled. I showed email confirmation of my appointment only to be told they tried to contact me. My child was notified via text that the appointment was canceled. Why would anyone contact a child for any scheduling.

Worst scam in the world. They offer these expensive in-house made CEREC crowns (I needed two) that aren't covered by insurance and they promote them as being better than the porcelain crowns. Found out they are the same materials, just made in the shop. They lie and make you believe no other crown is an option. And don't get me started on the poor customer service. They even numbed me up for a cavity they "decided to watch" and not do any work on. Really? And the one crown, they didn't even use suction during some of the drilling and I choked on debris, the person doing the work didn't even apologize or seem to care. They are the worst dentist office I've ever been to.
