Oh I was waiting to write this review. I am not the type of person to complain, but the encounter I just had with the office manager showed me that this place does not care about their patient's feelings. I got my teeth done with doctor Turner, and since then I have had complications. I cannot chew or floss on the lower left side, and have extreme pain on the upper right side. Last time when I came into the office, he forced the floss through my lower left side, which caused immense pain. I tried to tell him that the tooth is overfilled, however he kept saying it just needed to be adjusted, which he proceeded to do. Even after multiple adjustments, there was no change and at this point he proceeded to tell me that there is nothing he can do about it. When it came to the upper right side, he said he didn't see anything on the X-Ray and continued to say that it was due to me grinding my teeth and that I just needed to get desensitizing toothpaste. I did not only feel dismissed and not cared for, but he also made me feel like I was crazy and was just imagining things. I left the office crying in my car, feeling defeated and shot down. So, since there was nothing that they offered me to do, I went to a new dentist, just to get a second opinion, who then found that the lower left side was way too overfilled, and that for the upper right side, the filling was too close to the nerve, pushing against it and causing pain. I then decided to reach out to the office manager, whose name is Jenny, here, and let me tell you, she had no sense of customer care, empathy, and understanding. She kept mentioning that this is on me and that they could've helped me, even after I kept telling her that I was told there was nothing he or they could do. She also stated that they couldn't refund me my money that I paid for the fillings, since they "did the job". I kept telling her that while they might've done the job, they did it wrong and caused me a lot of complications, pain, and money loss. And honestly, at the beginning I wanted my money back, but after talking to her and how she also proceeded to make me feel dismissed and crazy, and that this is mostly my fault, I did not even want my money back. She also proceeded to tell me that i have no clue about dentistry and that my new doctor is just trying to trick me, yet after going to my new dentist, my pains and complications went away, which she did not want to hear or just proceeded to ignore. Again, horrible customer service and just no sense of understanding the pain of a patient. I just want everyone to know how little they care for their patients and that they truly don't care about your well-being, which was just proven to me by the office manager a few minutes ago, as well as Dr. Turner. He truly needs to retire, since I don't think he is at the age to do his job right, coming from someone who got their teeth done with him. I will be going to the board about this, and not because of the money, but because of how I was treated as a patient because this was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered in my life.

I just got a response from someone from this office, apparently Dr. Turner himself, denying that I went to this office, and they/ he even dare to request an apology from me to them but they don't even have my name. Anyway, I went to 1111 N Brand Blvd # B, Glendale, CA 91202 and if you only have one doctor with white hair, with a strong hearing problem and doesn't wear a hearing aid device then I am correct it was you Dr. Turner the one I unfortunately saw, very rude doctor and in my opinion racist. I went to see a Dentist there, I believe it was Dr. Turner and he was very rude. He needed to get some measurements to get the approval from the insurance for my deep cleaning but while doing that it was hurting me so much to what that the dentist kept saying "I don't think this hurts" careless and no ability to listen to the patient, by now he should have a repertoire of phrases to comfort a patient but no, unless he is a racist and that's why he treated me like that. I thought to myself: if that was only taking the measurements imagine a deep cleaning with this doctor. Also, with so many years of practice it was sad to see that he doesn't have any interest in updating his dental equipment because his equipment is so old that it is so hard for his assistant to take pictures of the teeth. Anyway, I called the next day to say that I didn't want to proceed with this doctor and I didn't want them to request anything to the insurance however looks like nothing happen because I got a call today from someone there telling me that the insurance approved my deep cleaning. I am upset and hope they don't charge the insurance for work not done because that will be fraud. I have already done my deep cleaning at another place and with no pain at all. The Doctors assistant was nice as well as the person I talked to today but still I don't want them to charge for a job not done. Had I not receive that call today I wouldn't have written this review but clearly someone didnt care what I said. 1) I said it hurt because it did. 2) I said I dont want to proceed with my deep cleaning at this place but they didnt care what I said and still went ahead to request approval from the insurance. The bottom line, listen to the patient if you care.

Dr Wong and his team provide caring dental care. We’ve been w Dr Wong since he took over Dr Tanners practice MANY years ago. They strive to address urgent dental issues in a most timely manner.

Dr Turner is an excellent dentist. Steady handed, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Was able to do a very difficult crown on the last upper molar for me. It was intense and took a couple visits but the results were worth it and I felt no pain from his hand. This was recently, and I am coming back soon for more work. My first visit was in 2020. I had two broken front teeth and had some zirconium crowns made. They are absolutely perfect. Nobody can tell they are not my real teeth, even up close. I definitely recommend this dental group.

Dr. Turner has been my dentist for the entirety of my life (I’m 28). He has been a trusted professional for not only myself but also members of my family for many, many years. The service is always quick. I enjoy Dr. Turner and everything we discuss when I go for my routine cleaning and X-rays. I always leave learning something new. He truly is a gem of a dentist in Glendale. I highly recommend his services.
