Gladwell Orthodontics

Went for a consultation earlier today at the Strickland Road office and I am very impressed. Our consultant Shane was very polite and explained our options thoroughly. I am looking forward to continuing our business with this location.

Love this office… Modern environment and they have a Starbucks inside complementary for all their clients. Erin and the staffs are super helpful in front. Gladwell and the team are located all over triangle. If you are relocating or in need of a new orthodontic I highly recommend them.

I went in today for a consultation at Gladwell Orthodontics and am very impressed with the office, service and experience. This location on Strickland/Leesville is one of the 3 locations or you can choose from Wake Forest or downtown Raleigh. I was seen by Dr. Elverman. The team at the front kindly greeted me, had me fill out paperwork and gave me a tour of the fabulous office. The lobby has a Starbucks bar set up and you can get a freshly made coffee drink and donate to the charity of the month. Jenna then took me to a room for an x-ray, photos of my teeth and jaw and also an itero scan. All of these digital images and my information were then compiled and put on a large screen in the doctor's office. Kelly then sat with me and gave me an overview of the treatment plan suggestion, cost analysis and asked me if I had any questions. I was then seen by Dr. Elverman and she was very thorough and detailed about the prognosis and plan. I will be doing an Invisalign option and am very excited to start this program after the trays are ready. I am also amazed how everything is digital. I had braces in the past and the gunky molds are a thing of the past. I can see why this is one of the top (if not top) orthodontist offices in the area. I left with an even bigger smile on my face and can't wait to start my treatment plan! Thank you!

I went in for my initial consultation (free) for Invisalign. I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong. All the staff were very concerned and friendly! Dr. Maura Patrick and her coordinator were very concerned about my teeth. They had great patient teaching! Special thanks to Angey, the coordinator who has reached out to me. I will see you July 15, 2024 for Invisalign!

Had an awful experience here, I never saw the same doctor and no one seemed to be very confident or knowledgeable, I was mislead throughout my entire treatment. It was very impersonal and I spent thousands of dollars to be unhappy with the results.
