Gilbert Road Dental Care

I went here for the first time today for impressions and was blown away. The office is very clean and modern. It feels more like a nice home than a dentists office. The staff was very kind and friendly. Shai at the front desk was a gem! So bubbly and ready to assist! Jess did my impressions and made it as easy as I could have hoped for. A smooth operator? I recommend this office to anyone within a 100 mile radius. It’s worth the trip.

I moved here a couple years ago and I am so grateful to have found Gilbert Road Dental. Everyone from the office staff to the dentist is so professional, prompt, patient and nice! Everything from their discount payment plan to getting a cavity fixed is explained so well, and done so well! Kayla has been my hygienist and I cannot speak highly enough about her!! She cleans my teeth so well as she knows what she is doing, and pays attention to detail. And somehow she magically never hurts me!! She takes her time with me and gives such good advice about any questions I may have. She is super cute and friendly. And again, I am so grateful I can get my teeth cleaned so well every 4 months and walk out of there without getting hurt!

Dr Quin Gardner and his entire staff were not only extremely professional & kind, but everyone made me feel extra welcome from the beginning. I am one of many that suffers with dental anxiety. It’s very real. Dr Gardner & his staff went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my entire procedure and made it a pleasant experience. I can honestly say my procedure went very smooth, all because of the extra concern & care. Thank you Gilbert Road Dental Care.

Was pleasantly surprised to have a wonderful experience at a dentist! Everyone was super kind and did not make us feel rushed or embarrassed that it has taken me so long to get in for a cleaning. My teenage sons said the staff was really cool and enjoyed their experience as well. The office is decorated super nice, everything was fresh and clean, and I definitely got the best cleaning I have ever had!

A week ago I was so scared that I had broken my tooth. I called Gilbert Road Dental. They had me in for an evaluation the next week. They found that I had a broken tooth and a few crowns that were needing replacement. Today I had my first real appointment. Dr. Jung replaced my crown and crowned my damaged tooth. It was painless and relaxing. His assistant, Jessica, kept me relaxed and made sure I had plenty of water since I am diabetic. All in one day Dr. Jung took all my pain and anxiety away. I still have one more appointment next week to fix the tooth on the other side. I will always rely on Gilbert Road Dental for my needs. Edna, who manages the desk, made sure I had my next appointment. They have a friend for life.

10/10 recommend this beautiful office to anyone who needs a genuinely caring and compassionate dental team. From Jess continually checking on me during my x-rays, to Maddie being so diligent and gentle during my cleaning and to Dr.Evans being thorough and taking the time to answer any and all questions. This team truly has your best interests at heart!

Never an issue. Never a complaint. Always a positive experience. Their staff are the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a dentist office. Keep up the great work!
