My retainers didn’t fit, and broke it and wouldn’t replace it. And didn’t listen to what we were saying, even if it was right.

Did not have a great experience. The end result was as excepted but throughout the process I was lied to multiple times. The timeline I was given was off by a large amount. The device in my mouth gave a lisp after many many many assurances that this would not happen. After weeks of the continued issue I was told that my mouth would adjust. This was not true. Do not think I was treated right.

It never fails, I LOVE IT HERE. Angela, Robert, new guy (sorry I don’t know your name) the ladies in the front as well, everyone is so good at their job no complaints from me ever. I walk in with the mentality of being tired. But instead walking out in the best mood. Love you guys!
