Gerlach Family Dentistry

Please do not use These people. I was a long time customer, and recently they found a way to charge me over double what they quoted me. Due to a glitch in my insurance that I do not understand, because I do not work in the field, the quote that their receptionist gave me verbally was over doubled after I done the work. I trusted them to help guide me in the right direction on what decision to make, and they completely took advantage of me. They quoted me $2800 for crowns and after I had to work done and pay the $2800 cash, they told me I still hold another $2400. After I grabbed enough, they dropped it down to 1400. All I want to say is I trusted these people to help me make the right decision, and they completely took advantage of me due to me not understanding how insurance works

I have been going to gerlach family dentistry for about 7 years now, and each visit has been great. Dr. Chip and Dr. JoEllen are always so friendly and welcoming, and always show their interest in my own life. They make true and genuine connections with their patients, which has truly made this dentist office feel like home. Dr. Chip and Dr. JoEllen have always made it a priority to get me into the office as quick as possible if I ever have an emergency, and the fact that they have two different office locations and openings on Saturdays have always been super convenient for me. Not to mention all of the staff are so warm and welcoming. The hygienists are great, super friendly. My routine cleanings are always so quick and easy, very thankful for this place and all of the staff there!

This is best dentist I've ever been to. These people are so nice and informative. I actually look forward to going to the dentist here! I've had cleanings, invisalign, a few other procedures - they ALWAYS make sure I'm comfortable. HIGHLY recommend!

I am a fairly new patient at gerlach family dentistry and have been so encouraged by the friendly atmosphere. This place is not just a dentist office, but they care about each person and hold family values in the highest regard. I felt comfortable talking through the options with drs. Chip and jo Ellen and felt like they were willing to spend the time educating me. I have recommended numerous family here, who also have felt the same peace of mind when they went to Gerlach family dentistry. I love that they have two locations, which makes it very convient for me!
